Eterea Charming Suites

Small Clean premises, nice view, guests are 100% dependant on the shuttle van provided to gain access to the premises. Steep incline and narrow streets mean regular sized vehicles cannot access the premises. Van is also likely to break down so be prepared to walk up the very steep hill. This van only runs until 11pm. So if you’d like to stay out later than that this place is not for you.

The suite are very modern and kept very clean. We had a hot tub with was lovely to cool down in or turn the temperature up if it’s later in the year for a cooler evening. The gardens are also well kept. The receptionist Peppone is the best. He is so helpful and informative. Thank you Peppone.

We have just returned from our stay in the Sapphire suite at Eterea Charming Suites and we had the best time. The room was very large and clean. We had a massive balcony with a private hot tub and amazing views of Sorrento. We didn't pay for it but received a complimentary breakfast pretty much daily along with a coffee machine with coffee pods, water, juice, ham and cheese etc which were great. We were greeted by Peppone at the check in who drove us up to the accommodation in his private shuttle bus. The road leading up was very narrow so they offered free shuttles up and down the road throughout the day which was great. I would highly recommend this apar**ent for anyone wanting more of a private stay close to the centre of Sorrento which is a great base for exploring the Amalfi Coast. Peppe also offered excursions which we booked a day trip to Capri and another to Positano and Amalfi as this worked out cheaper than us getting there ourselves via the ferry. He also drive us directly to the train station on our last day after checking out which was very helpful! Thanks again for a great stay and our gift of a mini limoncello and chocolates!

Eterea charming suites was just that! CHARMING! My friends and I enjoyed everything about it. From admiring the lemon trees to the spectacular sunsets. We also enjoyed the hot tub! The room was very spacious and comfortable for my friends and I. The host was also exceptional! Peppone was very helpful throughout. Prior to our arrival and even assisting us with arranging transportation on our departure! Grazie Peppone! He made our experience so smooth. I highly recommend booking!

Great place to stay. Free shuttles. Shout out to peppone. Great host. He even picked us up at 6 in the morning as we had an early flight, to take us to the train station. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting sorrento.

Let me tell you this was the best place you could possibly stay in Sorrento! The villa is up in the hills and in a gated area. It has vies of the ocean and beautiful surroundings of lemon trees. Free rides up and down the hill so you don’t have to worry about walking (unless you want to… it’s a very pretty walk). Peppone was the sweetest host and always made she everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place!!!

Peppone was an excellent host. The suites were charming and had everything we needed. The setting among the lemon, grapefruit and orange trees was beautiful. The hot tub was an added bonus. The shuttle service with always on time with friendly and funny drivers. The ride up to the Villa in a shuttle is an experience within itself. Sorrento is a beautiful town with shopping and great food. Don’t miss the isle of Capri boat tour.

They double booked our room so we had to stay in a lower quality room than what we reserved. They did not give notice of this change. Communication is poor until you get there. We came from Canada and had high expectations for eterea but we were sadly let down.
