Experiences like incense burning, sound bathing, and tea ceremonies were brought directly to my room, offering a wonderful sense of ritual and allowing for complete relaxation. The Michelin-starred meal was exquisite and refined, with reassuringly fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The mountain weather was comfortably pleasant, and the bedding quality was excellent. Drifting off to sleep with the soothing white noise of the flowing creek outside made for an exceptionally peaceful and restorative night's rest. This was a truly rare and healing mountain retreat, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and rejuvenate. It's definitely worth another visit.

Came here on a friend's recommendation, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! First off, all the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome, especially D., our concierge. She was so thoughtful, checking in beforehand about our stay. When she found out my child was celebrating a birthday soon, she even decorated the room and gifted a small cake! My child was overjoyed and wants to come back again 😊. The hotel offers a variety of activities for kids from morning to night, plus a pool and hot spring. You can also feed koi and see swans, making it perfect for a family trip. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with smart voice control – a really nice touch. The only small issue was mosquitoes at night. Just remember to turn on the mosquito repellent before bed to avoid being woken up by them!

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

This hotel offers great value for money. The facilities are comprehensive, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the rooms are spacious. They provide a full set of toiletries, and the location is absolutely perfect for getting around. It's an excellent choice for business travelers. The breakfast spread is extensive with plenty of fresh, tasty options. Housekeeping is prompt, and the staff are always on hand to help, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. Overall, it's faultless.

I stayed here a few years ago when it was newly opened. The facilities and equipment were all very new. We were pleasantly surprised when the TV turned on and our names appeared on the screen as soon as we entered. I have a few complaints this time: 1. They didn't ask if we wanted a non-smoking floor. 2. There were hairs on the towels in the room. 3. The slippers were torn (which was unacceptable). However, the breakfast was okay and quite rich.

The Yoga Hot Spring Hotel is part of the Emeishan Grand Hotel, bear this in mind if you are requesting the pick up service. Someone is waiting when you get off the train with the hotel sign, it does not say Yoga Hot Springs Hotel. The shuttle to the hotel was smooth and the staff was very helpful during check in. The place is huge. The room we had was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very impressive.

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I sleep until dawn. The landlord is super enthusiastic, the experience is directly full, and I will come next time! Highly recommend this treasure homestay! The location is great, there are many foods around, and it is convenient to travel. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete ～ The view of the terrace is beautiful, the wind is too pleasant at night, the price is super high, I don't want to leave after staying! You can walk to Shenshui Pavilion and Zhongfeng Temple, and within 10 minutes, you can enjoy a sip of fresh mountain spring water – it’s incredibly peaceful and therapeutic. The beds are comfortable, and you're embraced by the gentle mountain breeze as you lie down. The courtyard is spacious and elegant, featuring a small tea garden that adds to the interactive experience. There’s also a photogenic cafe and tea space where you can enjoy tea, take photos, or simply relax. The food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and serene, making it perfect for family vacations or gatherings with friends. I'm already planning to bring my team here for our next team-building retreat!

The hotel's management team added us on WeChat more than a week in advance, sending information about the hotel's various activities and even a questionnaire. It was clear they genuinely wanted to provide attentive service. Furthermore, to enhance our experience, they proactively upgraded us from a mountain-view room to a mountain courtyard room, offering greater privacy. During check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive, explaining the hotel's facilities and activities and thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent and bracelets. Additionally, when we accidentally broke a bottle of hand sanitizer during our stay, the management team was primarily concerned with our well-being and promptly addressed any issues we might have. Furthermore, during the daily turndown service, they would set up corresponding essential oil aromatherapy based on the questionnaire we had filled out, making us feel that the questionnaire was truly being implemented and not just a formality. The various service details we experienced during our stay truly made us feel at home.
