Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and excellently maintained. Cleanliness: The indoor areas are spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area, there wasn't a single mosquito. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn. Service: The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with luggage and were especially attentive to our children.

Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

The overall experience was absolutely incredible. Stepping into the hotel felt like entering an Aman-style sanctuary, where time itself seemed to slow down. There were so many touching moments that online pictures simply couldn't convey; you truly need to experience it firsthand. The one-on-one butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, with every detail meticulously handled. Experiences like incense burning, sound bathing, and tea ceremonies were brought directly to my room, offering a wonderful sense of ritual and allowing for complete relaxation. The Michelin-starred meal was exquisite and refined, with reassuringly fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The mountain weather was comfortably pleasant, and the bedding quality was excellent. Drifting off to sleep with the soothing white noise of the flowing creek outside made for an exceptionally peaceful and restorative night's rest. This was a truly rare and healing mountain retreat, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and rejuvenate. It's definitely worth another visit.

Facilities: The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there's a dehumidifier next to the bathtub in the living room, which perfectly solves any dampness issues. Service: The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind to the children. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very satisfied with the bedding. Environment: The garden and pool view from the courtyard is excellent. Book Cafe: The biggest highlight is the book cafe which has picture books suitable for children; my five-and-a-half-year-old had a great time reading them. Welcome snacks: A generous combination of fruits and biscuits.

Chose Hongzhushan Hotel for a weekend getaway and it completely exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel grounds are elegant and clean, with mountains and a lake where mist often hovers, creating a fantastic atmosphere for photos. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local dishes, which was very satisfying. The staff were warm, patient, and very friendly. The in-room hot spring experience was superb; soaking in it during leisure time was wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating. Plus, there were thoughtful extra services available every day, showing great attention to detail and sincerity. Overall, the stay was excellent and offered incredible value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it!

I brought my family to Emei Mountain this time, and staying at this hotel was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's environment is delightful, with mountains and a lake where mist gently hovers – truly picturesque. Its location is excellent, making it very convenient to access all the attractions. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and tidy, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The staff were warm, patient, and friendly. After hiking, a soak in the hot spring completely washed away all my fatigue. The hotel also offers daily value-added experiences, which was a huge bonus. Overall, everything was excellent, making for a truly fulfilling trip. It's definitely worth staying here when visiting Emei Mountain, and I'd consider it again for my next visit!

The stay was very pleasant, a really comfortable hotel. The environment: At first glance, it seemed alright, but it didn't feel like a hotel, more like a residential complex. It's also a bit far from the scenic area, not like those hotels right at the foot of the mountain where you can just walk out to the attractions. Facilities: Once I actually stayed there, I found the hotel's facilities to be very thoughtfully designed, making the stay very convenient and comfortable. It's less than a ten-minute taxi ride to Baoguo Temple, costing only a few yuan. On a good day, it's about a forty-minute walk. If you plan on returning to the hotel, it's best not to drive, as parking is really difficult. Service: Polite and gentle.

The hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Our stay at Wyndham Grand Emei was absolutely perfect for our Emei Mountain vacation. The hotel is situated right by the Emei River, and the water is crystal clear. The courtyard design creates a wonderful atmosphere. Our room was spacious and featured smart controls. It's very close to the Emei Mountain scenic area entrance, making hiking incredibly convenient. The butler service was attentive throughout our stay, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. In our free time, we enjoyed walking and fishing along the river – it’s a quiet and relaxing escape from the city noise. It's a great spot for families and couples, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Emei Mountain.
