LLINIt is worthy of the Relais & Châteaux series hotel, the service is very friendly, much better than the Kempinski I have stayed in before. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is a bit simpler.

XXibianmugeThis hotel is highly recommended for any trip to Dresden. It boasts an excellent location in the Old Town, just about 70-80 meters from the archway between the two large statues featured in the famous Lonely Planet photo. The rooms are spacious (rare in Europe), fully equipped, with complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and a capsule coffee machine. The service was also very satisfactory. It's conveniently located for all the famous attractions in the Old Town, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Dresden.

It has a beautiful view, and the room was spacious, so I had a wonderful stay. I was in room 570, and the room condition was exceptionally good. I definitely plan to stay here again if I come back to Dresden.

YYardNot very satisfied with this stay. I booked a superior double room but ended up with one where the bathroom was oddly in the middle of the room. Paid âŹ25 more than the price shown on Google, and breakfast was not included. Facilities are dated, but the location is excellent. Overall, about 3.5â4 out of 5.

AAH TAWe changed the room with the Frauenkirche view to a bigger room 300(39 m2). However the bathroom door is shared with the cupboards. That disturb the other when one goes to toilet in the night. The door makes noise and lights from the bathroom wakes up the other. These for 3 nights we didnât sleep well. The elegant Grand cafe close by is wonderful in the evening for drinks.

Ssalvalasilvia The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50⏠per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didnât. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldnât want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that âTaglietelle Carbonaraâ doesnât exist, itâs âSpaghetti carbonaraâ or âRigatoni alla carbonaraâ.
Furthermore âSpaghetti bologneseâ doesnât exist as well, itâs âtagliatelle bologneseâ.
Thereâs a pool but itâs unclear if itâs available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

GGuest UserThe hotel is large, the facilities are a bit old but it has everything it should have, and it is very cost-effective. There is free parking at the hotel entrance, and the front desk will take the initiative to inform you.
Special thanks to Ctrip butler Zejing. At that time, the hotel information was wrong. After receiving the feedback, Zejing took the customer's perspective and solved the problem as soon as possible instead of shirking responsibility. He also has strong business capabilities, not only promoting the problem solving but also keeping the information informed during the process. He turned a negative event into a plus point. Ctrip will be my first choice for going out in the future

XXiaolongThere are ants in the room on the first floor of the villa. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, the swimming fee is 5 euros per person, and the children are half price. Parking is charged. Don't be together like a stranger
