Spa Hotels in Chicago

The location is very good, opposite the Trump Building, downstairs is the river, and you can walk directly to the Gorgeous Mile, parks, art galleries, etc. There are also many restaurants to choose from around, and it coincides with a large-scale music festival, and the atmosphere is very good. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the hygiene and facilities are maintained at the standards of an old hotel. Recommended to stay!

The hotel is located in the Loop area, with a relatively high safety factor. The location is excellent, close to the Chicago River, and it is very convenient for boat trips. The hotel service is OK, and they do not actively provide toiletries, but you can ask the front desk to provide them. The so-called breakfast is just a $20 coupon for you to go to the restaurant on the first floor, but you can't have a satisfactory breakfast for $20, and you need to tip and pay taxes. The key is: the difference between breakfast and no breakfast is almost enough to book a room without breakfast. The explanation given by the hotel is: the price with breakfast allows customers to cancel the reservation at any time a few hours before check-in, which only gives you the right to cancel the reservation. This is the only unpleasant point of the stay. I stayed for 5 nights and spent nearly 6,000 yuan to buy this breakfast. Although the solution provided by Ctrip is a drop in the bucket, it is more important to be in a good mood when you go out, so I just give up. I hope Ctrip can clearly state the terms and conditions in the product details in the future, and I also hope that the comments can help everyone~

I don't typically like to declare that I'd book this place again but in this case I will. Great location literally around the block from the subway and bus lines. And should I mention the bed? Heavenly! Great use of space and nice touches all the way around. Staff are friendly and responsive. Not a bad view either. I'm glad I didn't rush out of the city and actually spent another night.

The hotel is at a great location. It’s near to the marathon start & finish lines. Close to cinema & musical venues. Near to trains as well. Amenities is basic: no slippers, bathrobes or tea bags. We needed to borrow a kettle to boil hot water. Room was very expensive as we stayed during the marathon dates. Since we are running the marathon, we have no choice but to pay the high room charges.

Claridge house is located close to Chicago History Museum and couple blocks to shoreline of Lake Michigan, many nice restaurants in walking distance and easy to Uber around. The building is old fashioned and very nice, front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I reserved a room with two queen beds, which is nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. There is valet parking next door, expensive but kind of reasonable with the location. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very clean & the bed was super comfy! Check in was easy & they let us check in early which was very helpful. The door man at the bottom of the elevator seemed a little judge mental. We just wanted to go to the bar after attending the baseball game but he treated us like we weren't guests of the hotel, that was a little off putting but the bartender was wonderful!

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Eurostars! We live this hotel for it's close proximity to a lot of shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, supermarkets, bars. I love that they have a sauna to use whenever I need a detox. The room is spacious and the staffs are super friendly and accommodating! This is such a hidden gem and my go to hotel whenever I visit Chicago! Definitely go to their restaurant downstairs which is situated within the hotel (River North Bistro) for Happy Hour!!!!

We chose this hotel for a Chicago layover, and my colleague mentioned that the overall experience was fantastic and highly comfortable. The room was clean and sharp, providing a perfect environment to fully unwind and rest. This will definitely be our top choice for future layovers

The room isn't small, and the bed is large and very comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. The hotel has front and back entrances that are connected. There's a Starbucks in the hotel lobby. The exit near the Starbucks leads directly to Magnificent Mile. With your back to the hotel, walking a few hundred meters to your right will take you to the river and the boat tour boarding point, which is super close. If you walk to your left, after a few traffic lights, you'll find the world's largest Starbucks, and further down is the Water Tower.

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and elegant. The service was excellent, and the valet parking was very convenient. Luggage storage was also a breeze. The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of shops to explore right outside. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chicago.
