The explanation given by the hotel is: the price with breakfast allows customers to cancel the reservation at any time a few hours before check-in, which only gives you the right to cancel the reservation. This is the only unpleasant point of the stay. I stayed for 5 nights and spent nearly 6,000 yuan to buy this breakfast. Although the solution provided by Ctrip is a drop in the bucket, it is more important to be in a good mood when you go out, so I just give up. This was my second time staying at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile, and it was a pure coincidence for this second stay. The location and the room offered were a great deal at this price. The facilities were decent (not too old) and the space were sufficient. Both my stays at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile left me with very good impressions.

The cleanliness is okay. Even though I found some lint in the bathtub. * Extra fee: Also, note the $30 nightly destination fee, which may not be clearly advertised.

The hotel is located right in the city center, with a subway station just outside the entrance. A big bonus is the large supermarket right next door (as shown in the picture), which has everything you could possibly need, from groceries to daily necessities.

The hotel has a direct access to the airport. It’s the best for travelers who need accommodation for a short night near the Chicago airport area. I had a room overlooking the airport and I really loved it. The room looked a bit old but everything’s very clean and tidy. Service was good. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Do recommend this hotel for other travelers.

The room is quite dark but very spacious and near to all famous restaurant! Very nice place to go.

The room isn't small, and the bed is large and very comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. The hotel has front and back entrances that are connected. There's a Starbucks in the hotel lobby. The exit near the Starbucks leads directly to Magnificent Mile. With your back to the hotel, walking a few hundred meters to your right will take you to the river and the boat tour boarding point, which is super close. If you walk to your left, after a few traffic lights, you'll find the world's largest Starbucks, and further down is the Water Tower.

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and elegant. The service was excellent, and the valet parking was very convenient. Luggage storage was also a breeze. The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of shops to explore right outside. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chicago.

Excellent location with access to red and blue lines and bus networks. And in the centre of the city. A character building with spectacular internal decor. Especially popular with conferences. Room was spacious and included two doubles with usual amenities though we did have to ask for a kettle. Staff very friendly and check in was seamless despite being busy. Two niggles included a $25 daily fee that could be offset by discounts in various parts of the hotel. Though for us it was a tax as we did not want the discounted services. Also cleaning services invariably wanted to service the room when we were in it. Attempts to renegotiate cleaning times did not work and in the end we timed our absence from the room to when cleaners would want to clean room. A very good experience for us nevertheless.
