Loved staying here for Spello’s biggest event of the year, the Infiorate weekend when the entire old town is decorated with flower carpets. The hotel is about a ten minute walk away from the gates of the old town so a tranquil oasis compared to the old town where all the action takes place overnight. The hotel is a series of standalone rooms with super comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for a short stay. There is also a spa on-site as well as an outdoor pool in the summer month. The breakfast offered enough choices both on the savoury and on the sweet side to kick off properly a long day of sightseeing. The real highlight was the lovely staff who really went out of their way to have lovely words with each single guest. It is also great value for money, wouldn’t hesitate to return here if in Spello again.

Un po di confusione all arrivo la stanza come tripla un po piccolina, il lettino attaccato al letto e il wc praticamente dentro il box doccia. I lavori sono stati fatti da poco ma motlo geossolani spero riprendano in mano la situazione perché merita.La ragazza alla reception pronta e disponibile ma soprattutto molto cortese. La spa che dire bello rilassante ben tenuta.Il Posto è davvero è vicino al centro e ha un bel.parcheggio colazione abbondante e varia lo consiglio

L'Hotel è fuori dal centro a 500/600 metri. Camere molto modeste appena decenti, il bagno ancora peggio. Assolutamente non classificabile come tre stelle, il prezzo pertanto è molto esagerato. Angusta la sala colazione che si trova in altra struttura esterna e per fare colazione bisogna uscire all'esterno e attraversare una strada. Sono rimasto molto deluso.

Premetto che abbiamo soggiornato con 5 camere matrimoniali per due notti. Unica nota positiva, la posizione, a due minuti a piedi dal centro si Spello... Innanzi tutto abbiamo prenotato delle triple uso doppio ma poi ci hanno dato delle camere doppie (quindi più piccole) ma facendoci pagare le stesso prezzo più alto delle triple. Camere arredate in modo troppo spartano e con mobilio vetusto. il bagno, oltre ad vere piastrelle rotte e scarico doccia da non guardare, ha il wc praticamente dentro la doccia, impossibile far pipì dopo aver fatto la doccia: lavandino minuscolo. Insonorizzazione delle camere inesistente. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa perché più di 4 persone non ci possono stare ed era sempre occupata da altri clienti. non abbiamo potuto usufruire la sera dello spazio interno comune perché la receptionista doveva chiudere a chiave alle 22. Colazione con spremute di frutta inacidite e con tre dita di posa in fondo alle caraffe. Personale non troppo gentile e per niente disponibile. Assolutamente da non ritornarci

Struttura immersa tra il verde, nella parte bassa di Spello ma in posizione davvero fantastica, in quanto si può raggiungere il borgo a piedi con una passeggiata, seppur in salita. L’hotel dispone di piscina e piccola SPA con sauna, bagno turco, zona relax e vasca con acqua a 38 gradi. La colazione è ricca e varia, con proposte di ciambelloni e crostare artigianali. Le camere sono al piano terra con ingresso dal giardino, spartane ma con tutto il necessario. Letto comodo e sonno tranquillo nel silenzio della campagna. Prezzo medio e personale assolutamente gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta e necessità.

Struttura nel verde con personale giovane gentile e competente. Anche il personale della spa molto gentile, alla mano e preparato. Era in preparazione anche una splendida piscina all'aperto al cui bordo rilassarsi e prendere il sole per chi è interessato

Spa deludente. Piccola e poco curata nei dettagli. La zona tisane è un tavolo con acqua e un termos “vuoto”. In generale poca igiene. Il sistema di filtraggio della piscina non era funzionante per cui l’acqua era sporchissima. Doccia sensoriale forse funzionante ma l’operatrice non ha saputo spiegarci come. Personale cortese ma evidentemente non ben formato. Su nostra iniziativa abbiamo chiesto di poter usufruire almeno della piscina esterna (il cui ingresso aveva un costo a parte). Prezzo non adeguato considerando i disservizi.

Questo hotel non ha servizio ristorante, ma si serve di un ottimo ristorante a 2 km, un bus navetta efficientissimo accompagna la clientela. Le camere sono semplici ma ampie, le mie 3 stelle vanno per il bagno che è grande ma stranamente ha la doccia che finisce sopra al water. Comunque tutto molto pulito. Nelle camere si entra dall'esterno , ognuna ha un mini tavolino esterno ed è separata dalle altre da una piccola siepe. La colazione è ottima, sia salato che dolce, abbondante e varia. Lo consiglio per l'ubicazione e la tranquillità
