not 4 star hotel. the beam has small breakages L floor and tub. the hairdryer is in the desk drawer in the room. the glasses in the bathroom are without protective plastic. the French window must be oiled here it makes it difficult to open it. arrived at the hotel we spent 20 minutes to check in. does not accept amex and have requested payment of breakfast for the child who was not included in the booking despite having been made for 3. the breakfast is a good buffet w the structure has a wonderful position on the sea and close to all services.

1. As soon as you arrive, would you like to upgrade your room by paying 210 euros per day for 70 euros? question. No, I said no, and I do not recommend it. The room is far from the elevator, is that ok? ok but really far away. When you enter the room, it's cold! It was really cold. The machine does not turn. change room. But there were plenty of rooms. I ended up doing it on purpose. I'm sorry I'm late and give you wine! Wine and two glasses! I like wine, but I can't even drink half a bottle because it doesn't taste good. If you don't have money, don't go. 2. He is very kind, but when something happens, he changes! coolness. 3. Breakfast. tasteless. Lots of flies in the salad. The staff saw it and sent it to me, stirring it by hand. Coffee is really tasteless. The important thing is that the upgrade may be different. If you have money, go. 4. Noisy death due to construction in the morning. They even work on the outside, but also on the inside. The toilet shakes. It's noisy, so it's a delay until we go out. Find out and call me. Shall I keep you quiet? I'll keep you quiet now. then! It was too noisy so I left early! If you want to upgrade, go. 5. Spa. Over 300 euros for two spas. I was really really surprised. He took him to the bath, said to lie down, poured a few drops of water on his body, and washed it off. Really like a kid. And soap. Then they gave me a drink and an oil massage. 80 minutes massage, less than 40 minutes massage! I've had a lot of expensive massages in good hotels. conclusion! If you have the money, you can upgrade. 4 days 3 nights I was really surprised by the insincere hotel service.

From check in to check out the staff were amazing! The hotel has everything you need. Breakfast had plenty of variation and amazing coffee! Pool at the top of the hotel was very quiet with plenty of beds in and out of the sun. There was also a bar serving drinks and lunch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. It’s position up a side street was excellent and away from the busy bars of St Julian’s and there was a supermarket 2 minutes away on the corner which was ideal for water etc. Bus stops to all over the island we’re also 2 minutes walk away. This is definitely somewhere we would stay again if we were ever in Malta again,

You may need a map to find the hotel in the narrow streets of St Julians. It is close to the airport bus stop from Luqa and very frequent buses to places around the island stop nearby. The hotel is in a quiet street and well located being close to St Georges beach, the Paceville nightlife and shopping centre or a short stroll to St Julians Bay. Plenty of options from fast food to high quality restaurants were all within walking distance. The hotel was a new build giving good sized rooms with balconies, spotlessly clean. All the staff, from reception, breakfast and cleaning were friendly, very good at making you feel special. Breakfast was good with fresh eggs cooked to order. Good value.

Stayed at this hotel in April 2022. I can't say that I would recommend this hotel to stay and nor would I return. Good location to the town/seafront. A few minutes walk to San Gulian (St Julian's) and 30 mins walk to Sliema. There are plenty of bars and restaurants really close to the hotel. But... Rude/unhappy/shouty staff - bar a few people Awkward opening hours for the gym (09:00 - 20:00) and the swimming pool, made further difficult by private lessons. Even though the weather was nice and warm, the upstairs pool was still shut. Closed for the season, but when does the open season begin? Cold breakfast (07:00 - 10:30) when it should be hot (cold baked beans, under cooked hashbrowns, soggy scrambled eggs sat in water, cold toast, almost inedible bacon) The drinks serving system was changed randomly with no notification, not that this really mattered and improved the flow. However orange juice was far too watered down! The hotel bar never had consistant opening hours. Cocktail hour advertised but with no times? Rubbish in bin when we arrived. Plug in shower doesn't work - we fixed this. Tiny bath towels. Broken bathroom bin. Balcony door left open after cleaning twice. Door to the rooms don't close properly and needed slamming Broken toilet seat. The service staff didn't refill the coffee sachets in the room. Mugs aren't cleaned, are they ever washed? Shower/tap water was a good temperature. The shower screen leaks. Unsafe handrail on the balcony. When we checked out the hotel and complained about breakfast being cold, the hotel receptionist argued with me telling me I should go try breakfast as maintenance had been carried out and the issues had been sorted. She kept insisting I should go in even though I said no, I would go elsewhere to eat. ‼️DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL‼️
