The room that I received was not clean.Had to go downstairs and tell them that they gave me a dirty room.

The lobby and parking were nice, the bed was very comfortable, but our room felt like it hadn’t been updated in 30 years. The shower barely worked, the wallpaper was peeling, the chair upholstery was peeling and worn off. It’s a fine hotel but nowhere near the stars they’re saying it is.

Pool was filthy, had a chemical-looking layer on top. Toilet kept running and sink barely drained. Not awful, but I expected better from Hilton

I found a blueberry behind the bathroom door. The TV looked as if someone touched it with grease all over their hands and everything in the room needed a good dusting.

The room was ok. The house keeping was not up to scatch. Coffee station was not cleaned. No stirrers replaced.
Tried calling to request a receipt emailed. Took about 10 minutes to get where I wanted to go. Although I gave my email address on check out, I did not receive anything. I called and they said they would resend immediately. Still nothing. Very frustrating....

I was in Ft. Wayne in connection with an event at the Allen County Library. The Hilton is a short walk from the Library so it was a logical choice. Food was “OK” and reasonably priced. Internet reliable. Desk staff “meh”.

Lobby is nice and clean. The room itself was dirty. There was stuff splashed all over the walls, and lamps. There was built up dust all around the baseboards. The shower didn’t drain properly. Bunch of homeless people outside the building asking for money. The pool was run down and had strong chemical smells causing headaches.

The property is conveniently located but unfortunately the rooms and facilities are extremely outdated and are worth half of what I was charged.. next time I’m in town I’d rather commute in and stay in a nicer hotel.
