1-Star Hotels in Cologne

A wonderful hotel! It has a very romantic and atmospheric character, and the building itself is full of charm. The young staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The location is priceless. You are right in the heart of everything, with major attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, a gas station, and a convenience store all within walking distance. The most unforgettable feature of the hotel is the breathtaking view of the cathedral from your room. Waking up to that view is truly special. Cologne may well be the most beautiful city in Germany. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options. This hotel will make you happy in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Been an amazing stay with great service!! Past reviews seemed bad but i do not agree as the staffs were really nice. Even managed to get early checked in at 1150am, when we reached at 1130am, as the staffs rushed to help us get checked in. Breakfast was on the pricier side for 17 euro but it was really good and widespread!

The name Cologne Messe was a little misleading, but we have yet been able to meet the desired goals.

About my stay: the room was very nice and the bed incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated that you offered streaming services. That was really cool. The easy check-in was also a huge plus. What's really unacceptable is that no one is available if there are any problems late at night... that should change. The electricity didn't work in our room, even though it was after 1 a.m. I urgently needed to charge my phone, which would have been a problem. Luckily, my partner knows a lot about electricity, so he was able to temporarily solve the problem. Finally, a big minus point: shortly after 11 a.m., someone from cleaning service knocked and shortly afterward, after there was no answer, they just opened our door!!! AN ABSOLUTE NO-GO!!! Especially since we had until 12 p.m. As a couple, you might be busy doing something else, which would have been incredibly embarrassing. That really shouldn't happen!!
