Cologne Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The hotel is located minutes from the airport and they provide a free shuttle. All driver and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are simple, but everything you need for an overnight business stay; clean & quiet room, clean bathroom, air conditioner, work desk, wifi and a nice view from my room of the airport."

In the opposite direction, Klön itself is only a couple of stops away Really quiet and clean hotel with a KFC opposite that stays open until midnight Helpful and friendly reception staff with excellent English and knowledge. "Overall, it was okay, though it’s not the best hotel imaginable. The location is excellent—it’s a quick and easy walk to the cathedral or the train station. Keep in mind that there is no elevator. There is a narrow staircase, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up to the higher floors. The room is very small; it is genuinely difficult to fit and open two suitcases at the same time. We visited during a very hot spell, so staying in the room without air conditioning was tough. We had to keep the window and doors open to create a cross-breeze. One unpleasant surprise was the complete lack of breakfast; it turned out they had decided not to prepare it due to the heat. However, there was a nice café right across the street. Still, if you just need a place to sleep and the weather isn't too hot, this place works fine."
