GGuest UserThe location is nice and in the heart of the shopping center, 10 minutes walk to the Cologne Central Station and the famous Cathedral, the room was clean, amenities was good, only in the night we felt cold even though the heater was on, but luckily we got extra blanket 😊😊, all of the staff are really friendly and helpful, we were allowed to have early checkin around 11.39AM, otherwise the customers can also let the luggage by the receptionist before the checkin time.

AAnonymous UserThe location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the central station. The staff was also nice and friendly, enough support. And there is dryer available, which was nice.
But overall, the room and corridor looks really like a prison or hospital, not at all giving the vibe of holiday stay...
Luggage storage was available for free! we can store luggage until 11pm on the day of check out.
There was no kitchen.
There is locker OUTSIDE the room, which is so weird. We need to use our own padlock to lock the locker but most of them were occupied or not working (broken). Even with the padlock, it could be open easily so I did not use the locker. It seemed there is not enough number of lockers available compared to the number of the rooms and beds, at least lockers that are not broken.
There is no curtain no privacy, even is a mixed gender room. It really feeled like a jail or something. The bedside light is too bright so that if one of us turn it on, the whole room could be bright enough, which is ridiculous. Also the sound proof was terrible that we can hear people outside singing, screaming and DJ-ing midnight, even with our windows and curtains closed. The sound of closing the door was so loud and the door seemed half broken. Also we could hear people talking in the corridor.
The shower and toilet were also outside the room and they smelled so bad. Did not feel clean.

GGuest UserEverything about the service was great. There's free hot water and coffee downstairs. It's very close to Cologne Cathedral and also to the train station. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the service was warm and friendly. Since I was on the third floor and had a large suitcase that was difficult to carry up, I left it at the front desk. The only downside is that there's no elevator, but otherwise, everything else was excellent.

GGuest UserWir hatten eine Unterkunft gesucht für eine Nacht und gefunden. Lage war top und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Zu Fuß super zu erreichen die Laxess Arena da das unser Ziel war lag das Schlafwerk perfekt und ist von unserer Seite zu empfehlen.
Bei anstehenden Konzert besuchen wie in unserem fall.

A woman in the neighbouring room, apparently working in this hotel, who always spoke hard by the phone, shut her door, and most importantly heard her toss every 30 seconds. KKKwakminFirst of all, if you see a strange route on Google Maps, don't believe it. Just get off at the nearest station and you'll be able to walk there in no time.
I arrived late, so it was a bit ambiguous whether I should go out or not, but it's not too far from Kölnbahnhof, so I thought it wouldn't be a big problem to go around Cologne.
The personal locker for storing luggage in the dormitory room fit my rather large luggage well, and the charging ports for each bed were nice.

AAnonymous UserOverall, it was okay, though it’s not the best hotel imaginable. The location is excellent—it’s a quick and easy walk to the cathedral or the train station.
Keep in mind that there is no elevator. There is a narrow staircase, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up to the higher floors.
The room is very small; it is genuinely difficult to fit and open two suitcases at the same time.
We visited during a very hot spell, so staying in the room without air conditioning was tough. We had to keep the window and doors open to create a cross-breeze.
One unpleasant surprise was the complete lack of breakfast; it turned out they had decided not to prepare it due to the heat.
However, there was a nice café right across the street.
Still, if you just need a place to sleep and the weather isn't too hot, this place works fine.

BBilal shinwariI had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – very friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was also convenient, close to the airport with restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no fan or AC, so it might get a bit warm during summer, but for me, it was perfect. Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

高高I didn’t see the order without the bathroom at first, and I saw that I couldn’t stand the bathroom outside and changed the room with the bathroom. The bathroom is convenient, but the small water pressure in the pool is shallow, and the water is shallow on the ground. The wet is on a room.
