JJetteJA modern hotel really hearty center on a stoneworld of the stupid and shopping. Good breakfast, beautiful decor, fine reception, friendly staff, delicious bed and beds. Máár: The room was very small with a bed against the wall that caused you to crumble across and had a view that you were sad about. The bathroom had no suction that made it very narrow after the shower in the small room. The windows were to be opened again, with the sound of the fans resulting in it.

AAnonymous UserThe location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the central station. The staff was also nice and friendly, enough support. And there is dryer available, which was nice.
But overall, the room and corridor looks really like a prison or hospital, not at all giving the vibe of holiday stay...
Luggage storage was available for free! we can store luggage until 11pm on the day of check out.
There was no kitchen.
There is locker OUTSIDE the room, which is so weird. We need to use our own padlock to lock the locker but most of them were occupied or not working (broken). Even with the padlock, it could be open easily so I did not use the locker. It seemed there is not enough number of lockers available compared to the number of the rooms and beds, at least lockers that are not broken.
There is no curtain no privacy, even is a mixed gender room. It really feeled like a jail or something. The bedside light is too bright so that if one of us turn it on, the whole room could be bright enough, which is ridiculous. Also the sound proof was terrible that we can hear people outside singing, screaming and DJ-ing midnight, even with our windows and curtains closed. The sound of closing the door was so loud and the door seemed half broken. Also we could hear people talking in the corridor.
The shower and toilet were also outside the room and they smelled so bad. Did not feel clean.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated at around 5 minute walk from the Train Station. We arrived the hotel by a late ICE train at night, there is no problem regarding safety or ease of access. The reception is 24 hours manned, and has a self-service drink kiosk which you find rare to be free on European budget hotel chains. Overall lovely staff and big hotel. Note this hotel has only stair access, but to be fair for the price we paid for it is totally acceptable.

GGuest UserWir hatten eine Unterkunft gesucht für eine Nacht und gefunden. Lage war top und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Zu Fuß super zu erreichen die Laxess Arena da das unser Ziel war lag das Schlafwerk perfekt und ist von unserer Seite zu empfehlen.
Bei anstehenden Konzert besuchen wie in unserem fall.

A woman in the neighbouring room, apparently working in this hotel, who always spoke hard by the phone, shut her door, and most importantly heard her toss every 30 seconds. GGuest UserI was happy to find a washing machine. I didn't know how to use it, so I asked the receptionist, who kindly explained it to me. They also helped me use it. I was very grateful. The location is excellent, about 20 minutes by subway from Cologne Station. The room was just as expected, a dormitory, neither bad nor bad, but average in a good way.

AAnonymous UserOverall, it was okay, though it’s not the best hotel imaginable. The location is excellent—it’s a quick and easy walk to the cathedral or the train station.
Keep in mind that there is no elevator. There is a narrow staircase, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up to the higher floors.
The room is very small; it is genuinely difficult to fit and open two suitcases at the same time.
We visited during a very hot spell, so staying in the room without air conditioning was tough. We had to keep the window and doors open to create a cross-breeze.
One unpleasant surprise was the complete lack of breakfast; it turned out they had decided not to prepare it due to the heat.
However, there was a nice café right across the street.
Still, if you just need a place to sleep and the weather isn't too hot, this place works fine.

BBilal shinwariI had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – very friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was also convenient, close to the airport with restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no fan or AC, so it might get a bit warm during summer, but for me, it was perfect. Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

高高I didn’t see the order without the bathroom at first, and I saw that I couldn’t stand the bathroom outside and changed the room with the bathroom. The bathroom is convenient, but the small water pressure in the pool is shallow, and the water is shallow on the ground. The wet is on a room. The towel was wet before we entered the house, the mildew on the back, the window still no ventilation in the bathroom... The smell could not be lost for a long time, my God! The equipment for bathing is a bathroom cabinet with a sense of time. The door is not very easy to use, and the force is not tight enough, which also causes the bathroom to be wet. There are no slippers, no toiletries, and a hot water bottle in the room. The bed is full of comfort, and the quilt is also the national standard. It is very close to the subway station. It is expensive to take a stop at the Central Railway Station. It takes half an hour to walk. There are many Middle Eastern residents around.
