Guest UserI was able to check in around noon as my room was already prepared! They quickly handed me the key and showed me around the facilities. There was plenty of space to open my suitcase, and I honestly didn't expect such a comfortable solo room stay for such a low price. It was a really pleasant trip. The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the station, making it super convenient for solo travelers without a car. I was also thrilled to find high-end beauty tools like Refa, Kinujo, and Repronizer for the hair iron and dryer – a dream for any beauty enthusiast! The water server and amenities, including toothbrushes, hairbands, hair ties, and combs, were all perfectly stocked. It was a bit intimidating to use the shared shower and living spaces on the same floor as men, but even with that, it's definitely a place I'd want to stay at again.

ReTime located just shy away from Asahibashi station and a perfect walking distance from KOKUSAI DORI shopping street, tourist spots and various supermarkets. The hotel offers capsule rooms, family rooms and a cabin themed room where you are assigned either a top or bottom bunk. You also receive free slippers and borrow sleepwear during your stay. The hotel also offers complimentary basic amenities such as toothbrush, comb, shower caps, razors if you need them.
At the lobby, there’s a beautiful wooden set of keyed lockers to choose to put away your shoes upon entering the building.
The common space is cleaned very frequently, almost every few hours (Japan's standards will make you rethink your definition of cleanliness) and where guests can eat and drink (water and additional soft drinks provided, there's also a vending machine with a nice selection of snacks). The space very pleasantly airy with lots of sun, and overall a nice place to work, snack or relax as the cabin and capsule rooms have no windows.
I loved the creativity as you are essentially sharing a bunk bed with privacy that’s provided with a sliding screen door. It’s decent, with adequate room for luggage but few may struggle if the luggage is quite large as the aisle can be a bit narrow. This can be reflected from your neighbour next door at times~!
I found overall it was very comfortable and I was assigned the top bunk during my long stay. The bed is clean, with complimentary cleaning on the 7th day (10am-3pm), and there’s a decent sized desk.
The privacy of the cabin room is definitely the main highlight about ReTime if one wishes for privacy but reduced budget than a standard hotel room. A slight issue with this kind of arrangement is shutting the screen doors may end up being noisy (the screen door naturally reduces soundproofing). However having stayed for quite some time, I found the bed and room overall very comfortable and decently spaced. If I stayed longer, this would not be an issue as the bed was quite spacious personally.
The shower option as opposed to the public onsen baths is much appreciated as 1) some women are not comfortable with the public baths, and 2) when that time of the month happens...this would reassure future guests planning to come to ReTime. The additional complimentary ammeties such as toner, cleanser and lotion were surpising and great to use also.
Some crticisms regarding the stay: upon entering, I was told check in was at 4pm, which is quite later than average . I found a coin locker nearby but would have liked to be informed I could have stayed in the common area until check in if desired. It was a bit dissapointing as I could have saved a few hundred yen and energy after a flight.
The washing machine instruction was unclear as the yellow button had to be pressed before scanning the touch bracelet, the step which is not in the images, and the staff member assisting was a bit rude (it likely shows the issue with this particular step had occurred many times). Perhaps putting some numbered stickers may help with step by step - especially turning that yellow button to green.
Overall it’s a positive experience to recharge and stay long term, however I personally found that the service can be improved. Please note this is my own personal experience and I'm not affiliated or sponsored by ReTime. All photographs are taken by myself during the stay.

Guest UserThe hotel did not offer cleaning services during my consecutive stay, but it wasn't a major issue; I just needed to take out my own trash and leave it outside the door each day. The room was spacious, with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle, and I had a very comfortable stay. The only downside was the slightly unpleasant odor from the bedding; I strongly recommend the hotel clean it.

YomaTan10Master Tatsuya was a great host, charismatic, welcoming and accommodating . Always had time to listen and support, goes above and beyond cleaning everyday and changing the sheets daily too. Makes a great dinner of wonderful delights of new things to try - you only need to ask! I truly enjoyed my time there, got to practice my Japanese and learn more about the culture. - location is good, not much going on around it. Oh! Very close to the Fukushuen Garden - that was a plus. About 20 mins minimum from station and everything else. Though Master offers you a bike if you want one. It's a home, so not much in the way of amenities.

Guest UserClean, but the room and bathroom are a bit small (especially the sink, which is tiny). It's a bit of a walk from the monorail station. After getting off the plane with kids and luggage, it was much more convenient to just call an Uber to get to the hotel. My booking was for 2 adults and 2 children, but the customer service said it was only booked for 2 people, so we only got two sets of amenities. I still don't quite understand why, but there's a supermarket right across the street where we could buy what we needed, so it wasn't a huge deal.

Anonymous UserI had a generally comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. The facilities were adequate and well-equipped, including a kitchen area where I could cook, a microwave, and laundry facilities, which were very convenient for a longer stay.
The location is fairly good, with easy access to a nearby bus stop and monorail station. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, especially regarding key collection.
One minor downside was that there was construction work next door, which sometimes caused a bit of noise. Additionally, although the overall stay was comfortable, I tried to contact the service provider via chat for a specific need, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good facilities and a convenient location.

Very nice place for backpackers. I was able to meet many new people. They have some kind of a deal with a local diving company, so when at the hostel you can book diving or snorkeling and get some percent off the price👍🏼

Truda321Stayed in this budget hotel for a night before catching a morning flight from Naha. I'm fine with the small room as it is clean and has everything that I need. Breakfast consisted of 2 onigiri and drinks were included. The best thing is that the hotel is just 2 bus stops away from the airport.

The single room is livable. The reviews say the dormitory room is terrible, but I must say that I killed a visible bug after squeezing it for two days. If you have the budget, I suggest you increase the price a bit, remove all the carpets, update the mattress to a bigger size, and clean it thoroughly.
