Guest UserI was able to check in around noon as my room was already prepared! They quickly handed me the key and showed me around the facilities. There was plenty of space to open my suitcase, and I honestly didn't expect such a comfortable solo room stay for such a low price. It was a really pleasant trip. The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the station, making it super convenient for solo travelers without a car. I was also thrilled to find high-end beauty tools like Refa, Kinujo, and Repronizer for the hair iron and dryer – a dream for any beauty enthusiast! The water server and amenities, including toothbrushes, hairbands, hair ties, and combs, were all perfectly stocked. It was a bit intimidating to use the shared shower and living spaces on the same floor as men, but even with that, it's definitely a place I'd want to stay at again.

I chose this because of the location which is perfect for my trip as I am taking A Line to Yoron the following day. The facility is clean, thanks to those maintaining it. How can I rate the service when it's just check in and there's even a machine? Check in process is straightforward. Trip.com should adjust their survey.

YomaTan10Master Tatsuya was a great host, charismatic, welcoming and accommodating . Always had time to listen and support, goes above and beyond cleaning everyday and changing the sheets daily too. Makes a great dinner of wonderful delights of new things to try - you only need to ask! I truly enjoyed my time there, got to practice my Japanese and learn more about the culture. - location is good, not much going on around it. Oh! Very close to the Fukushuen Garden - that was a plus. About 20 mins minimum from station and everything else. Though Master offers you a bike if you want one. It's a home, so not much in the way of amenities.

It’s very good, and really cheap for the location and things to do around the hotel.
There is a huge commercial area with various shops and restaurants, along with the Prefectural Museum and Art Museum very near.
Kokusai-Dori is also near by walk, 10~15 minutes from hotel.
The room was small, but very comfy for a solo traveler.
There is also a coin laundry area, along with a microwave oven, free drinks and popcorn on the first floor.

Anonymous UserThis capsule hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Makishi Station, located within a shopping arcade, so you don't have to worry about rain. I stayed in a female 'b' room on the 4th floor, which is a women's-only floor with an elevator. The makeup and washroom area has hair dryers, and the environment is comfortable and clean. The bed is on the upper level, and the slanted ladder takes up some room space, making it a bit difficult to open luggage. You can push your luggage into a small room, and there's a locker with a password lock that can fit a 28-inch suitcase. The small room itself doesn't have a lock. There are three shower rooms and three toilets, and I never had to wait to shower at night or use the toilet in the morning. However, the shower rooms are quite cramped.
The biggest problem was during my 4-night stay, the first 3 nights I had inconsiderate guests in the adjacent room. The partition between every two small rooms in this hotel is open at the top (I was in 415, and the next room was 406). I checked in on April 22nd and was woken up by loud noises from the adjacent room in the early morning for three consecutive nights (even though I was sleeping with headphones and music on). The 1st night: April 23rd, 12-1:30 am. The 2nd night: April 24th, 2-2:30 am. The 3rd night: April 25th, 5:30 am – all involved loud noises. Moreover, from the night of April 24th until 5:30 am on April 25th, the overhead light in the adjacent room was left on. The guest must not have returned and didn't turn off the light, and the light shone directly onto my bed. Even with a curtain, light still seeped into my bed, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep until she made a loud noise that woke me up at 5:30 am.
After enduring two nights of disturbances, I complained to the staff on duty on the evening of April 24th, but received no response or solution. They said they couldn't enter the room to turn off the light, nor could they tell her that she was disturbing others. I have stayed in many capsule hotels and youth hostels, and in every one, the management reminds guests to minimize noise at night to avoid disturbing others, and they also post notices. Since their toilets have an automatic light-off system, why don't the room's overhead lights have a similar system to prevent guests from leaving them on and disturbing others? Also, why is the top of the partition between every two small rooms open? While opening the room to the corridor might be for air conditioning, opening room to room is a completely flawed design. They should add back partitions or curtains to minimize disturbance to others.
This hotel completely neglects its guests, indulging them even if they disturb others. The room design also hasn't improved, significantly impacting the guest experience.

Guest UserClean, but the room and bathroom are a bit small (especially the sink, which is tiny). It's a bit of a walk from the monorail station. After getting off the plane with kids and luggage, it was much more convenient to just call an Uber to get to the hotel. My booking was for 2 adults and 2 children, but the customer service said it was only booked for 2 people, so we only got two sets of amenities. I still don't quite understand why, but there's a supermarket right across the street where we could buy what we needed, so it wasn't a huge deal.

Anonymous UserI had a generally comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. The facilities were adequate and well-equipped, including a kitchen area where I could cook, a microwave, and laundry facilities, which were very convenient for a longer stay.
The location is fairly good, with easy access to a nearby bus stop and monorail station. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, especially regarding key collection.
One minor downside was that there was construction work next door, which sometimes caused a bit of noise. Additionally, although the overall stay was comfortable, I tried to contact the service provider via chat for a specific need, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good facilities and a convenient location.

Very nice place for backpackers. I was able to meet many new people. They have some kind of a deal with a local diving company, so when at the hostel you can book diving or snorkeling and get some percent off the price👍🏼

The single room is livable. The reviews say the dormitory room is terrible, but I must say that I killed a visible bug after squeezing it for two days. If you have the budget, I suggest you increase the price a bit, remove all the carpets, update the mattress to a bigger size, and clean it thoroughly.
