Everyone was warm, attentive, and meticulous in every detail. As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, providing thoughtful and meticulous service throughout, so we didn't have to do anything ourselves. During check-in, they patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby tourist attractions, responding instantly to any questions. During our stay, they were always there for us when we needed anything extra, with a gentle and patient attitude that made us feel incredibly warm. They even thoughtfully provided a complimentary ******* clothing experience and helped us choose accessories, making for amazing photos. The hotel environment is also exceptional, a perfect blend of ******* style and modern luxury.
