The check in at the front desk took 1 HOUR, we were part of a group and they gave our reservation and RATE to another party with the same last name. I took two clerks and a manager to correct the problem as we waited. No compensation was offered. The room was dingy and sp****ly furnished, needed to be updated, the windows were dirty, the bathroom was extremely small, the tub looked like someone beat it with a chain. The bed sheets were like sandpaper. Even though we requested a late checkout housekeeping knocked on our door waking us at 8 am. Overpriced!

I booked this hotel for my son. Since I am in China, he wanted to celebrate his daughter’s first year birthday at Tahoe. He sent some photos I will share. He said everything was great.

Remote to the tv would not work. Only able to turn on tv. Could not lower volume. Asked for a replacement 3x but never showed up. Like pulling teeth to request anything like towels. Horrible service.

I booked a King Room with Lake View. The hotel is cool with everything you would expect from anything that has a "Hard Rock" logo to it.
The property is definitely run down and needs an upgrade. Our room was okay. Handles on the drawers were broken off. One of the lamp lights was out. Ceiling in the bathroom was kind of disgusting with stains, rust, and brown spots.
I paid about $350 a night for 2 nights. I would not recommend staying here unless you are on a budget, and you won't be in the room often.
Staff and everyone working at the hotel was nice though.

We came for a ski holiday. It's convenient located at the heavenly resort area, which also means that you need to pay an extra US$25/night for resort fee.
But the hotel doesn't have Bell service or room service at all that i think it's because of Covid. Also it took away our coffee machine in the room which is super inconsiderate. They call it high touch area🤔.
Also the sink was leaking in our bathroom and it drained very slowly which makes it dirtier
