Made the reservation for adjoining lakeview rooms, upon arrival we were told they didn't have adjoining lakeview rooms, only partial view rooms. At first, they weren't going to reduce the rate but finally agreed to. We needed a bell hop as we had 2 disabled in our party of 4, the bellhop was a security guard who did not know what he was doing, my husband tried to help and was told by the ”bellhop” to let him do it. Several items fell off the cart on the way to the room. The TV channels that were listed - didn't have. Ice machine was broken on our floor the whole 5 days we were there so had to go to the 10th floor for ice. Asked for Decaf coffee - 2 hours later they finally brought it, after 2 more calls. We asked for a couple extra towels and some clean washcloths - got several towels - no washcloths. No restroom on the ****** floor, Disabled people with walkers or wheelchairs have to go way out of the way to get around to go down or up ramps. The indoor pool was nice but the temperature when you got out of the pool was far colder that the outdoor temperature, so it was not very comfortable for swimming. The machines weren't paying at all, none of us won anything. The bed was AWFUL. I don't even know how they can call the pillows pillows. I don't even know how to describe them other than as bad as the mattress, The worst part was this was a trip for my 89 year old mother who will most likely not get back to Lake Tahoe again, her favorite place. It was also a gift to my sister for her retirement. One nice thing was the bathroom and shower were huge. I know that if we should go back again, we will not be staying here. And I would recommend you spend a little more to stay at one of the other hotel/******s if that is where you plan to stay.

We ”stayed” at Harvey's, but our experience with customer service was at Harvey's & Harrah's. We had our Anniversary stay in Tahoe over the weekend. Our vacation started a little rough when we had a terrible 1st time experience in a restaurant ”not” on the Hotel properties & I never complain. However, both of these hotels made up for that experience. The staff greeted us kindly at check-in as always. The host at the ”American River Cafe” was absolutely welcoming on Sunday morning September 25th, 2022. I have to say, someone who greets you with a smile shows that you care about your relationship with your customers. 5 stars to that host! Along with that came perfect service and great food!! I cannot say enough about how outstanding everything was. We have been coming to these resorts since 2014. It was our very 1st vacation together after being together for 4 years. We have made these resorts an annual vacation since. My husband proposed to me at the top of Harrah's in 2019 and to this day we keep going back. We have never had a bad experience and if there was any issue it was always addressed immediately. I will recommend these hotels anytime. Aside from some of the negative reviews, some rooms are older as with any hotel in the United States. Everything will not be good as new every time you go on vacation, as with anything things always get worn. Almost all hotels will have renovations going on as necessary. These staff have to deal with everyday hotel upkeep and that upkeep may not always be simple. They wear many hats and should be acknowledged for the hard work and time they put in & mistakes come with nature. This weekend was a great experience and I have more of an appreciation for these resorts given the experience we had prior to our arrival. Harvey's & Harrah's we had a great time and will be returning again in spring 2023!! Amy

We came for a ski holiday. It's convenient located at the heavenly resort area, which also means that you need to pay an extra US$25/night for resort fee. But the hotel doesn't have Bell service or room service at all that i think it's because of Covid. Also it took away our coffee machine in the room which is super inconsiderate. They call it high touch area🤔. Also the sink was leaking in our bathroom and it drained very slowly which makes it dirtier
Edgewood Tahoe Resort

The hotel is one of the best resorts in Lake Tahoe. Newly opened, the facilities are new and very clean. Valet $25 per night. It has its own private beach, perfect for golfing. The restaurant caters to Asian tastes. SPA did not make an appointment. But it is estimated to be good. Service is also good. Except for the high price it is worth staying.
