The room I give rate 3 - arrived at the room , smell , floor dirty , bed sheets got stain, towels looks old- this place need more more more maintenance. Sofa skin is rough, the linen colour old, door balcony is unsafe, fridge dirty and not clean (stain and hair under the freezer) 🙈🙈. The electric sockets most of them is loose. Breakfast not much choices (the veggies doesn’t look fresh)- the price is way too much for 4 nights stay at family room (which is far away from the expectation and smelly) the photos is completely not same in real room. I really disappointed and the price way too much (family room). I hope the hotel management fix that problem or don’t sell that room. Thank you 🙏

The hotel in Rungkut area is near the MERR bridge, the service is quite good, the cleanliness and tidiness are quite good, the suggestion can be improved again, the room is quite spacious, the hot shower works well. Hope this hotel can get better and more advanced. the price listed includes toiletries and there is no extra charge when checkin
