Arrived at the Premier Inn to be greeted by a lovely lady called Janet. She was very helpful showing me where to go for my meals and telling me all about the bus service and shopping centre 2 minutes away. The reception was lovely and clean and thought it was lovely that they had books for sale and some home made bags made by Pippa who was also lovely.I also met Ben and Michaela who were very welcoming..My room was so clean and my bed was so comfortable!Really didnt want to come home!

Not even stayed there yet, and already feeling bad. Booked 4 days ago, money taken, yet still no confirmation email. Worse, 4 days after I booked, same deal is 50% less. Still 2 1/2 weeks till stay, so doesn’t feel like a last minute deal. Feel completely ripped off, and getting no answer on phone. They don’t seem to have an email contact, and can’t take any more work time to try to phone them.

Bad hotel. New build but badly run. Stayed for 5 nights. First room had mould in due to lack of air flow. Moved to room 101 and my god I regretted it. Very very noisy. Upstairs sound like elephants walking around. Banging from doors around and air con sounds like a kettle boiling. Second room was dirty with hair left in bathroom and towels stained. Spoke to receptionist about noise and was told never have complaints but they clearly do.

Warm welcome on arrival and all staff very pleasant and helpful, Had a room on the 2nd floor which was lovely and quiet and beautifully clean. All the facilities you could possibly need for an enjoyable overnight stay plus easy parking. Would definitely use again.

Lovely location, room so comfy and decent size, nice and quiet and decent bed for my son as sometimes the kids beds ain't the best. Had a problem with breakfast next door at brewers fayre so the guy on reception refunded the money for that. Would recommend as a good place to stay in bideford

The hotel was nice from the outside, once we entered to book in there was a lot of people checking in. We were on the second floor, which was very cold inside the building. Once entering the room, there was a strong smell of bleach. I went to open the window for some fresh air and found you couldnt open the windows. I dont understand the reason for a hotel having none opening windows. We had to open the door to get rid of the strong smell. On the plus side, the bed was a good size and all looked clean. We stayed for 2 nights and were given enough tea and coffee for a cup of each a day per person, you can go down to the reception and get any more that you need. Overall staying here was ok, as it was pretty quiet and you have a lot of shops and places to eat just outside the hotel.

Great central location close to local amenities and main road network. Clean and tidy modern room with comfortable beds. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Janet who was really kind to my grandaughter. We will definitely be back.
