The hotel is in a very good location, near all major attractions. Located in a not too busy part of town, reasonably quiet for good night sleep. Checking in and out is a breeze with booking through trip.com. Breakfast is local Chinese food with 4 choices, simple but fulfilling. Highly recommended for budget travelers, couples and families.

Hotel is nicely located near the tourist attraction. Room has a good living space for four. Housekeeping is properly done daily. The hotel front desk is helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in an area where the metro is being built. The main avenue nearby is torn up and blocked at many places. The local bus service around the hotel is erratic. When the metro is finished, (12-18 months?) this place will be very convenient, but in the meantime…

Good location, very clean, spacious, nice room. Breakfast was fine, though nothing special. The dining area is left in a disgusting state, with egg shells and yolks smeared all over the tables, garbage left out. Overall, however, a very good experience.

Ideal location to visit the most famous places in Suzhou.
Room is clean and spacious.
Staffs are friendly and helpful, although their English is not very good.
The nearby restaurant is delicious
