Amazing cultural stay among the historical site of Suzhou! Changyuan 畅圆 is really beautiful and nothing beats experiencing Suzhou than staying within one of the rare classical gardens (园林). Booked the Deluxe Room and loved the privacy and garden view. Absolutely loved the amenities too — from TOTO bathroom fittings to Dyson hairdryer, everything exceeded expectations. Only downside is that it’s pretty far from attractions and it’s quite a walk to the main road. Will be great if you’re looking to stay away from the ccrowd and prefers a more peaceful and quiet location. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful too, thanks so much 小姚 and 小马!

房間安靜乾淨衞生，佈置非常有心意。管家小薛態度非常好，提前聯絡確認入住細節，認真細心並提前確認早餐午餐。整個酒店安靜有序，工作人員態度好有耐心！住了兩天總體感覺非常棒，已推薦給家人朋友們。

酒店很私密，暢園很小，但小而精，小小的園林庭院裏，有假山、流水、亭台，應有盡有，江南味道實足。客房裝修以及內部設施也到位。酒店管家和服務員也熱情周到。

環境：是一個獨立的園子，園裡衹有十間客房，環境安靜清幽，夏天滿園綠色，非常舒適。
衞生：房間衞生特別乾淨，服務人員如果需要進門都會脱鞋進屋的程度。
服務：服務是最大亮點，我們這次的管家小羅和小薛都特別熱情周到，需要任何物品或者訂了外賣都是特別快送到房間，見面熱情招呼交談，開朗親切～早餐廳的阿姨總怕我們吃不飽，告訴我們不夠還有。整體都非常滿意，下次還去～

園子很私密，安靜，入住的房間安排在一樓，前後有小小的庭院，還有貼心的歡迎蛋糕。夜宵也是保温桶送來，不會冷。前台的小羅妹妹服務熱情，微信24小時在線。這兩天有雨，服務小男生把地暖打開，離開時將行李送到小巷，辛苦啦。

小而精緻的園林酒店，分佈合理，住在獨立一棟的套房三天時間甚至沒有遇到其他住户（雖然十個房間天天爆滿）。
景色宜人，吃食也很不錯，都可以送到卧室。鬧中取靜在市中心位置，交通方便，附近也有各種美食。
換上漢服和民國服飾拍照 妥妥私家花園即視感。
酒店沒有配電視，主打一個慢生活，放下電子產品，鳥語花香享受自然。非常讚的三天體驗。

和閨蜜一起約定的春日蘇州行，非常期待之一就是這個暢園有熊酒店。早早就定好了酒店，酒店禮賓人員小薛和小羅都非常負責熱情，看到訂單就致電聯繫我瞭解了我們的情況，因為我們是三個女孩子出行涉及到加床問題，都幫我們積極協調和解決問題！非常感謝她們！煙花三月下江南，可想而知蘇州人流有多少，可進入酒店就能獨享一片園林景觀！真的太完美了。別看園林很小，但是一步一景！非常精緻！我們在園子裏拍了得有一上午，不捨的走～酒店本身就是歷史性建築文物保護！真的非常推薦！早餐也很精緻分中式和西式兩種可供選擇。奧灶麪做的很正宗！地理位置也很中心，去哪裡都很方便。下次來蘇州還會選擇這裏的。

小而精美的園林，錯落有致。首日入住的兩位服務生非常熱情周到，我們外出時介紹了周邊游玩景點，貼心地給了水並提醒晚上會冷一點讓我們帶個外套（一位眼睛大大的女生和另一位王姓男生）。至於服務嘛一言難盡只能說還有待改進，否則配不上這麼好的景觀和價格。
