Beautiful hotel in a historic building in Suzhou old town. The room was spacious, clean and really well done; the bathroom was incredible. During our stay the staff kept bringing treats and nice things for us. Definitely recommended for a nice getaway.

We had one night weekend stay at the hotel. Location is perfect to walk around in the historical places. Hotel architecture is traditional and rooms are furnished in a modern way, very spacious and clean. Great service from the staff and very nice and helpful attitude.

和媽媽來蘇州旅行，訂了敬文裏有熊，這個酒店真的超預期，我們在酒店房間裏待的都不想出門了，房間很大，陽台外面的園林景觀也很棒，每天有水果，晚上有粥，還送了我們一份美味的下午茶，特別表揚一下小羅和小石還有各位保潔阿姨，每個人各司其職服務都很到位，早餐餐廳的小姐姐每天早上也很熱情的服務，給我們介紹各種菜品，因為我租了車從杭州自駕到蘇州，所以很擔心車位問題，還好提前聯繫好，門口就有免費停車場，不然真的頭大，因為古城區對外地車是有限行的，所以建議還是不要開車來蘇州，真的又堵又限行，門口就是公交和地鐵，交通非常方便，獅子林，拙政園，蘇州博物館還有平江路都可以步行前往，最後附上美美的照片

五一假期蘇州行，定了敬文裏有熊酒店。這是一家非常有設計感的酒店，非常棒的一次體驗。酒店就在敬文裏，地鐵北塔寺站出來就到了，離蘇州火車站也就一站地鐵的路程，交通相當方便。第一天到酒店辦理入住的時候非常幸運的升級成了枕水套房，自帶一個獨立小院子的小樓，非常驚艷。一樓是客廳活動區域，二樓是睡覺休息區域，很棒。辦理入住的時候，接待的管家很細心的介紹了酒店的設計風格，各項設施，以及房間裏嗯各項設施。酒店本身就是一個小的園林，可以逛逛。第二天的早餐體驗感不錯，由於酒店房間本就不多，所以早餐人不多，吃起來還蠻舒服的。酒店離獅子林，蘇州博物館，觀前街，平江路步行可達，周邊有各種老字號和網紅的小吃店，非常的贊。最後點名感謝一下在入住期間為我們服務的小周，小石，非常棒的體驗感，值得再來。

非常有特色的酒店，早餐的生煎很可口，房間寬敞舒適，招待我們的管家小周和小石熱情周到回覆快，提供了很多幫助。酒店交通非常方便，就在地鐵旁邊。

不得不誇讚一下這家酒店！貝家老宅改造，再加上青山周平設計，環境優雅，氛圍寧靜。（沒預約得上蘇州博物館，來貝聿銘老宅也算彌補一下遺憾。）位置很不錯，從側門去拙政園、獅子林等都衹要步行。房間乾淨整潔，各種用品也都準備得很齊全。服務更是無可挑剔，管家服務專業且有耐心，特別表揚辦理入住的小爽，和帶房講解的小石，講解生動有趣，體貼用心，給人滿滿的安心感，絕對是一家值得信賴的好酒店。在這裏住得非常愉快，享受了一段美好的時光，真心推薦給大家。下次來還會選擇這裏～住在蘇州園林裏太愜意了！

房間很寬敞，能看見北寺塔！地理位置也方便。院子裏有正開花的石榴樹和我最喜歡芭蕉！坐在連廊旁靜靜看池塘裏兩衹烏龜真的好治癒呀～辦理入住的時候前台還送了我和閨蜜一人一支玫瑰花，有心了！也謝謝管家小石、小爽的熱情接待，讓我更愛蘇州了，等金桂香氣瀰漫在秋日午後時我們再見～
