整棟樓房設施陳舊，尤其是馬桶和淋浴房，詳見圖片，不堪入目。隔壁和樓上的空調外機都是裝在窗户邊，非常吵，沒辦法，全部關好窗户，但又悶的很，開空調，結果內掛機比外機噪音更大，一整晚沒睡好，第二天早上和前台反饋噪音，被嗤之以鼻，愛答不理，真心無語。

房間乳膠床墊，枕頭高低適中，前台熱情周到，打掃衞生大姐負責。各種軟實力都優秀。如果能把房間升級改造一下。地面，牆面重新改造一下。馬桶再乾淨一些就完美了。

房間面積大約7～8平方米，房間複合地板很多煙頭燙痕，室內煙味很大，問過前台瞭解到酒店約十年前裝修，加之入住顧客素質較低導致。
