The service at Naked Water is second to none. We were so well taken care of during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and the villa had everything we could need. The free bike rental was nice as we could explore the surrounding area easily. The spa was also excellent. I had one of the best massages in my life. I’d highly recommend this hotel. We made a mistake booking only one night.

這次入住裸心泊，體驗還是那麼好，遠離城市喧囂，迴歸自然；入住前管家就加好我們微信，瞭解好偏好和需求，餐廳Devin楊東提前給我們菜單，幫我們預留好餐廳，尤其是餐飲主管張蓓Ariel得知我們是帶長者和小朋友遊玩，為我們細心安排好，對長者孩子更為耐心細緻，使我決定三天都在酒店用餐，而這個決定也非常明智，酒店的餐廳味道太好了，除早餐外，其餘5頓正餐菜品幾乎不重複，菜品鮮美，和某森泊酒店的餐飲完全不能比，裸心泊硬件設施還是會有一點不足，但是這裏從管家到接駁車工作人，到房間打掃人員，到活動中心各位工作人員，乃至餐廳的各位工作人員都是充滿笑容，對待客户耐心、貼心的服務彌補了酒店的一些小瑕疵，使我們的出行體驗非常滿意。

在裸心泊之前，入住了四季。因面臨太湖，裸心泊在自然環境方面更勝一籌。酒店的裝修也很度假風，房間運用了大量的實木，麻等天然元素。但衞生方面，有點不到位。我到達的那天，中午客人剛退完房，45分鐘就打掃完畢。那麼大的面積，細節的衞生就可以想像了。我因俯身在沙發旁邊撿掉在地上的東西，才看見客廳垃圾桶旁邊的沙發的內側還有不少瓜子殼和灰塵。在房間的客廳，做俯卧撐，地面也是有些灰乎乎的。希望房間的打掃能做的更細緻認真。
前廳服務員熱情負責。
喜歡自然環境的話（指周邊的太湖），裸心泊是個不錯的選擇

五一過後帶着女鵝錯峯出行，裸心泊的這次入住體驗非常棒，再次刷新心中寵物友好酒店的天花板。前台管家Nancy和所有我們遇到的工作人員都十分友好和耐心。
帶狗**飯需要坐在餐廳的户外位置或者叫餐到房間，這個天氣户外非常舒服，吃早餐時可愛的師傅還提醒説餐廳的肉腸是純肉的要不要給狗狗來一根😀，可惜有調味的我們吃不了哦，但是一整個被師傅可愛住。
酒店活動還相當豐富，我們帶狗狗體驗了皮划艇（狗狗自帶救生衣），夕陽時分還出去淺淺徒步了一下，這段北太湖幾乎沒有遊客，景色十分迷人。
老公説體驗非常好，下次還會再來。

自從在莫幹山住過裸心谷、裸心堡，裸心繫列酒店成了娃心中的最愛。
裸心繫列酒店總是擅長與當地的景色相結合。裸心泊位於蘇州太湖濕地公園附近，臨近西京灣花海，酒店設計融入了太湖的水，湖景別墅，靜謐優雅。
酒店有一片很大的荷花池，估計夏天荷花盛開，景色一定非常壯觀。
裸心泊20年開業，目前衹建成了一期，好像衹有
16棟別墅，旺季一房難求，二期正在建設中。
別墅面積177平起，複式結構，適合家庭出行。室外小院鮮花盛開，還有泳池和温水按摩泡池，設施齊全。
裸心繫列酒店另一大優勢是活動豐富，每天安排射箭、陶藝、騎行等各種親子活動，就算呆在酒店兩天也不會無聊。
早餐和晚餐品質也不錯，餐廳工作人員狀態很棒。
入住當天雖人不多，依然提供了自助早餐。
遇到了東北老鄉Dada，感謝小美女提供的優質服務。
享受每次裸心之旅，期待下次見面。
