The hotel has very, very friendly staff. It is also foreigner friendly. Very good service, great breakfast, clean and comfortable room, great location. I appreciate my long stay there!

I was given a very small room when I checked in at the beginning. Then I went back to the lobby and showed the front desk a photo of Ctrip. They also said that the photo of Ctrip was wrong and that the room type was a wooden room. I had to communicate with Ctrip and they told me to upgrade. I went to the Jimu room, but when I entered the room, I saw that it was a room with most of the windows blocked by the wall. The room was very dark in broad daylight, but that was it. I didn’t want to bother with it anymore. Then there were a few rooms in this hotel. The wooden room has a reduced configuration and does not have a refrigerator, drinks, or coffee. Moreover, I checked the official website of Atour and it is similar to the photos on Ctrip. I have stayed at Atour in other places before and was very satisfied with it. I just booked Atour this time. , is it not the same brand as Atour in other places like me?
