房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，跟一些快捷商務酒店很不一樣。房間設施新，床品舒服，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。離地鐵站近，步行七八分鐘。離博物館拙政園都可以步行 非常棒哦!

位於蘇州老城區 離山塘街和蘇州博物館很近 旁邊走個幾百米有4號線 附近小館子也挺多的 周圍古色古香 房間很ins風很温馨 床很軟

房間角落有很多雜物，衞生間門口的地板因為泡水爛了，翹起來了，窗簾上有幾滴血跡，樓梯很窄有消防隱患，床鋪離屋頂很近。狹窄擁擠不説，兩百不到的價格就這樣了，但是最基本的乾淨整潔衞生都沒做到。這地方唯一的優點就是地段了。

衞生-實屬差強人意，衞生間的馬桶和床邊的櫃子都是重災區。馬桶圈上和牀頭櫃都有黏糊糊的在表面。需要特別注意。
房東-服務挺好的，回覆信息很及時。提個小建議，能否給房間加個掛衣服的架子。
地理位置-我是要去火車站坐車的，所以這個地方去蘇州站非常方便。
周邊環境-地理位置在老城區，所以周邊環境看着非常破舊。

房東人很熱情，房子非常小清新適合拍照，房東還貼心的發了美食攻略，離蘇博獅子林拙政園平海路都很近，走路能到，打掃衞生的叔叔特別細心，很淳樸很熱情，戒指丟了了還特意去找幫忙寄給我，喜歡蘇州的人愛上了蘇州城！
