We were there for a mini break over the weekend. It is extremely central and we were able to walk everywhere, QVB, Opera House, the Rocks, China Town etc etc. It is in the heart of Darling Harbour with a lovely atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well appointed. Love the bathroom and the city views! We look forward to our next stay here when we go to Sydney. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at W Sydney. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we were fortunate to be assigned a room on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of Darling Harbour. One thoughtful touch was the umbrella provided in the room, which came in very handy as the weather was rainy during our first two days in Sydney. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and stunning harbour views made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Sydney.

We booked W sydney months in advance with breakfast included and is worth it . Food choices are plenty during breakfast and can order different eggs style and cooking preparation during breakfast and can order different hot or cooled selection of drinks as well. Hotel is clean and location is near china town ,paddys market , and harbour easily accessible to townhall in a walkable distance of 7-10 mins away. There is a fireworks show on saturday night that lasted 5-7minutes.. There are lots of restaurants around the area and ice cream shops as well . There is even a park at the back of the hotel and a playground for kids. I highly recommend this hotel. There is 2 pool in the hotel at 22nd floor and 29th floor . The hotel is beside Imax cinema .

Facilities: Pretty good! I highly recommend the room with a living room and kitchen. It's super convenient – you can buy steak from the supermarket and cook it there. The room also has a washer/dryer combo, which is great for longer stays, making it easy to wash clothes and swimwear. The infinity pool on the rooftop is beautiful. Cleanliness: Quite clean. Environment: I booked a city view, which was nice. I'd recommend booking a Darling Harbour view though, as it seems to offer a really great view. Service: Pretty good, I didn't experience the cold or unhelpful service some people mentioned. They were quite friendly and proactive in helping with luggage and arranging taxis and such!

The room facilities are new and very clean. The location is excellent, right by Darling Harbour, and it's only a fifteen-minute walk to the city center. Darling Harbour is beautiful at night. It's a comfortable and reassuring place to stay, a great accommodation choice.
