酒店由原蘇聯駐塔領事館改建，有一定的歷史價值，離紅樓俄式建築羣非常近，到塔城的網紅迎賓冰淇淋店走路也就7、8分鐘的樣子，貝拉餐吧就在酒店的大院裏；總之，在邊塞小城，衹要你不抱有不切實際的高預期，塔城地區賓館還是一個不錯的選擇。

塔城比較好的酒店，主樓是原沙俄駐塔城領事館，俄式建築，現正在維修，否則，它本身就是一景，出門右轉就是紅樓博物館，而後是俄式一條街，很有特色，早餐品種豐富，西式、中餐都有，床品乾淨衞生，五星好評！

早餐蠻素的，除雞蛋，基本就是中餐，有面有粥有涼菜和熱菜。大環境不錯，院子夠大，主樓外立面在裝修，房間在塔城可能算不錯了，洗手間的三十公分寬的玻璃真的看醉了，難道乾濕分離僅僅30公分寬的玻璃就夠了？總之洗完澡之後整個洗手間地面就是濕的，吹風機也很醉，很老式掛牆的那種，也沒有掛的很嚴實。酒店的綠化空間裏養了兩衹鶴，不會有人來查嗎

酒店在塔城是很不錯的，住客不但可以體驗俄國風情，而且院內外環境也很好；主樓的房間已完成改造，貴賓樓是新建不久，內部裝飾也上檔次，整體乾淨衞生；早餐品質不錯、品種豐富；院內有足夠的停車仨，但每天需化費10元。

可以説是塔城最好的賓館之一，前身是1859年8月（清鹹豐九年）從塔爾巴哈台綏靖老城東北角遷建到此的沙皇俄國駐塔爾巴哈台領事館，後改為蘇聯駐塔城領事館。舊址迄今已有163年的歷史，矗立在院中的方型百年紅磚水塔，院內那棵枝杈繁茂挺立的老橡樹，就是這座百年建築的滄桑見證。房間乾淨整潔，早餐品種多樣，菜品可口就餐環境也非常好。

1-帶着長者，前台特意安排兩間相對的房間，很貼心。
2-前蘇聯領事館，建築就很有特色，園林花園式院子，夜景很漂亮。
3-房間乾淨，床品舒適，早餐可口。
4-地理位置方便，去博物館，紅樓街，雙塔，廣場步行幾分鐘就到了。
5-院子裏的貝拉餐廳很棒，嚐遍塔城美食，麪包和冰淇淋比外邊網紅店的還要好吃。

酒店建築外觀很好，房間管理太差，淋浴和坐便中間是通的，就是説，洗澡時廁所地面水位和淋浴房一樣高，上廁所就是在水裡淌，然後水又從門縫裡流到外面地毯上，房間太舊了，一上床就做惡夢；
旁邊的貝拉餐館不是俄餐，衹是上了很多東西、就是吧第二天早餐的東西一份份給你，熱菜的魚蝦牛排感覺也是事先做好的自助餐，衹是一小份一小份給你，有點浪費熱量；
