Pullman Suzhou Taicang

This is my fourth time staying at Pullman Taicang. Although there are more ClubMed and Maritim in Taicang, in comparison, Pullman still has the best overall experience. It has excellent hardware such as projection screen TV, considerate service, and the Huafa Shopping Mall next to it. , lakeside plaza, delicious food, great swimming pool, and newly added game consoles, it is very suitable for weekend leisure. I would also like to express my special thanks to the front desk staff for their care and look forward to coming back next time.

The room is spacious, the floor is good, and the lake view in front is refreshing! The breakfast and evening buffets are rich in variety and cost-effective. I especially want to praise the hotel's service. The front desk is very welcoming and attentive. I couldn't watch the TV in the evening. After a phone call, three staff members came immediately and the problem was solved immediately. Thank you very much. I will come again next time!

The check-in experience was quite good. The front desk upgraded me to a lake view room with a great view. The Pullman did not make any mistakes. Everything was very good. The service was hygienic and the breakfast was very good. I liked it 👍 I was planning to go skiing and stayed at the Pullman except Skiing, going to surrounding museums, art galleries, and German Street are all 3 kilometers away. There is also a great private garden. South Park is worth a visit!

The hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new, and the rooms are quite large. The hotel's front desk service was very enthusiastic. They upgraded our room for free and introduced Taicang's tourist attractions when we checked in. The room is in good sanitary condition, and two hooks are thoughtfully installed on the bathroom wall, which is very convenient. Many five-star hotels are lacking in this aspect. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. Opposite the hotel is Huafa Plaza, which is very convenient for eating. When the weather is nice, you can go for a walk in Tianjing Lake Park, which is right next to the hotel.

Service: very good. When checking in, the front desk will help you consider various issues in advance from your perspective. For example, when seeing children, they will first discuss toiletries and breakfast issues. We will consider the characteristics of the children, coordinate rooms with better views (recommend rooms with lake views, different in the morning and evening, the views are great), inform children that drinks in the small bar can be drunk for free, and many other heart-warming details. While waiting for processing, we will also proactively introduce surrounding tourist locations, playability, duration, etc. It was already 14:30 in the afternoon market at the Chinese restaurant, but the waiters were still waiting patiently to help with ordering, and we were able to eat special and delicious dishes without any waste. I didn't even have time to take a photo of the most beautiful presentation, but the picture was ruined by eating. The picture shows desserts, seafood fried rice noodles, and after-dinner fruits. The breakfast is rich, and there will be many people after 9:00, but Food is replenished quickly, and tables and chairs will be added during peak hours. Taicang Museum, library, art gallery, Nanyuan Plum Blossoms, and Shipping Terminal are all worth a visit. The hotel is not far from the pier. There are many restaurants and the food is very special.
