Although the hotel is relatively old, it is tidy and clean overall. The housekeeping staff are very good and enthusiastic 👍 Various service functions include breakfast, parking, Carrefour shopping, and laundry. A waitress at the front desk of the breakfast restaurant is very warm and polite when greeting guests, and the staff is also very active and efficient👍 The only drawback is that there is a female waitress at the front desk on the first floor who has a cold attitude and bad tone. The rest of the staff are very polite but lack the smile + enthusiasm of the service industry... The working mentality is understandable, but it would be better if we can increase the warmth of the service!

The facilities was awesome, especially the public hotspring bath. But you need to remember to bring your swimsuit and swim cap when using the public hotspring bath in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent too! Highly recommended to stay in this hotel

For this area, the price-performance ratio of this hotel is quite high, and the indoor hot spring house is also quite large. The only drawback is that the room has no windows, but it is not bad. There is a car to and from the station, and it seems that many business hotels have it. There is this kind of pick-up service, but it ends at 12 o'clock in the morning. There will be a break at noon, and then the bus will start again at 2 or 3 o'clock. It is quite good. It is convenient. In fact, it is not too far to walk down the mountain. Receptionist was kind to upgrade our room. They serve local breakfast. Mainly porridge, soya milk, coffee and tea with toast bread which was acceptable to us. There is a driver to pick us up and drop off from the train station. Was a great experience and values for money.

The hotel is further away from town, but it quiet and peaceful. However there is a shuttle that will take you to the mrt startion which is the center of town, a 5 minute ride. A small more intimidate hotel, with a turtle in a tiny pool upfront and small little pond at the basement level of hotel. The best part is the breakfast, my kids and I loved it, with both excellent eastern dishes that my dad would eat and diy noodles and other little breakfast items that were tasty and authentic. The western food was good too. We had 3 small issues with our room and we booked 3 nights, the 3rd night we were changed to a bigger room and the issues were resolved. The night folks were responsive to my concerns with the children and in all we had a pleasant experience. I went with my two small kids 6 and 9 and they enjoyed the breakfast and feeding the fishes a lot. Just keep in mind the rooms are made for 2 people. If you have a 3 rd person like a child then you must pay a supplement, even to share the same beds.

I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and easy quarantine stay. The hotel is located a bit out of downtown, which is ideal, as I was able to have a Guandu view room with a double bed, which helped. The room had a lovely big window, which enabled me to have a good wake up every day. The quality of the service was excellent. Check-in easy, continued service through the stay no issue. I connected to the reception staff through Line in English, and they were really helpful, sending refills of whatever was asked for. The room itself at 29sqm was great, nicely and colorfully decorated. There is plenty of space to hide away the luggage. Also, there was enough room to relax and exercise, and there were several days I was able to get up to 10,000 paces on my Fitbit. This, followed by a great and refreshing shower, worked a treat. Overall the bathroom was excellent. The often asked question is what about the food, but I have no complaints, while I am British, I love the local food. We had the Bento selection, and the quality was good. Breakfast was a seven-day cycle, and the lunch and dinner were on a fourteen-day cycle. Yes, the dishes were similar a couple of times, but the portion size was good, so I had to work on the exercise to keep the weight off. The internet was no issue, and I could have several Zoom meetings during my stay. Steaming music worked well. I am not a TV watcher and so can not comment on the channel selection. So after a busy day, I was ready for a good night's sleep, and again this was no issue a very comfortable bed, which enabled me to wake up refreshed for another day. I am not sure if I will need to stay in a quarantine hotel in the future, but I know I would certainly book this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff who made the experience actually enjoyable.

Smoke-free, Panasonic LCD TV, yellow dirt in the bathroom will make you feel like home, and the room is poorly soundproofed and you can hear the voice outside the door. It's only 2000 yuan, so it's also big. The hot water is absolutely hot enough but very light and very light. I booked a double bed room with a hot spring in the room. The hot spring in the room is very comfortable. It's a good choice for soaking in the public pool if I'm sorry! Ah, the room was showing its age, not bad but.......not enough outlets in the right places, many finishes need refreshing. Most notable, comfortable but small, quiet, as clean as it could be. The Taiwan special electric heated bidet style toilet seat, refreshing, welcome and puts USA toilets in 3rd or 4th place just above an outhouse with corn cobs for cleaning your backside. Hotel food was, fantastic. A buffet of fresh fish, vegetables, pork, beef and chicken. Shabu shabu for dining and cooking at the table. A steep but not objectionable price, (~$30 per head) Hagen Daz Ice cream, baked desserts, cheese cake. The steak served with the meal was small, maybe 2 oz and a little tough, but nice to see. The buffet room seats 75-100 people and was nearly full. Good to see. The service was excellent, no request went unfulfilled, all the staff was extremely responsive and made a great effort to speak English.
