This is by far the best hotel I stayed in Taipei and truly gives value for money I paid. I cannot pick on any faults at all starting from checking in and the moment me leaving the hotel. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, meeting all my needs and expectations. For one of the best business hotels in Taipei, it fell way short of expectations. The room was not cleaned properly prior to check-in and we found cracked dry noodles on the floor. Despite reporting to the front desk manager, and it was promised to be cleaned again, it was still there when we returned to the hotel. They eventually cleaned it and offered us complementary services (not disclosing here). Also, for a 5-star hotel to provide slippers without cushions, it was nearly a paper slipper that is usually provided in a 3-star hotel which is quite disappointing. Generally it is not a cheap night rate but in terms of luxury, it is not there yet.

We chose this because it is located somewhere between ximending and xingyi district. It’s convenient to get a taxi. We have 12 paxs in this trip. When we reached on 1 Nov , it was pretty late, between 9pm - 10pm. All of us were very tired and kinda disoriented after a long day’s car ride. When we had alighted from our vehicles, immediately the bell boy told us not to block the hotel entrance. Our driver immediately told them we just reached and stood here for less than 5 minutes, how to check into the hotel without alighting the vehicles ? It was an unpleasant “welcome” experience. The hotel conceige staff also made mistakes when issuing our door cards. This hotel has its rules and regulations. If you want to have an easy going holiday experience, there are better ones.

Very close to the subway station, not far from the night market and a lot of restaurants around. Staff is friendly and tried to be helpful. Could use the washing machine and the dryer for free. Also there are some massage chairs in the lobby. Breakfasts are okay. If you come around 9am, feels like not so much food left.

Decent place, great location, very close to MRT, 711 just around the corner and plenty of coffee shops on the same street with the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful and bed size is very big. I would strongly recommend it for anyone wants something convenient, decent price, quiet and close to public transport. Vintage decoration a bit run down but bedding comfortable.

I didn't have high expectations for this hotel at first. It was just quiet and not old. When we arrived at the lobby, the simple style was very comfortable. Preface: Super polite and skillful check-in. The room is amazing when you get to the room. The room is very large, with a capsule coffee machine, a bathtub and most importantly, a comfortable big bed. The room also has a small sofa area and dining table, which is perfect.

I came here for second time but never come again I been there in April and feel the service is good so I come to stay here again in Nov But this time my feeling not good especially for the front desk staff service. The staff is a guy wear with a black frame glasses, his attitude and the sound both not helpful. The staff told me my room direction is face to the renovation site so will be a bit noisy but I already remark avoid this direction when booking. then The staff told me i need to pay Additional Charge to upgrade. At the end, the room type same as what I booked. Why need the client to pay this cost because with the hotel issue ?? I am really complain and never stay again

This year's wedding anniversary chose Hotel Mvsa, which is jointly named the world's top seven wineries, for one night. The hotel is small and exquisite in the boutique hotel, and the service is very kind. It has not been a while since I stayed at the hotel where I will take the initiative to put my luggage directly to the room 👍🏻. The hotel features a layer of winery and a Michelin-star breakfast. Every night 5:00-6:00 can enjoy winery on your own floor. We picked up Manfredi (1930) in the Italian wine king district on the 3rd floor, late for the sweet white wine at the winery, and the Michelin breakfast the next day was delicious. 😋 The room is moderate in size, like a penetrating bathtub 🛁, Lobby and each floor have 24-hour snacks, and the mini bar in the room also has beer and snacks. Although located in the city center, the hotel creates a leisurely personal space and atmosphere, which is quite comfortable to live in. It’s just that the public space of the hotel is relatively small. The tenants who stayed with us on the third floor also found the tenants who lived in the other building to stay in the snack area out of the elevator. They stayed for 4 hours, and then simply bought salted chicken for dinner. The whole snack area was occupied. In fact, this is always outside the room chatting noise also affects the tenants, the hotel can after 6 o'clock wine tasting time to ask the tenants back or to the lobby to continue chatting, rather than let some tenants occupy public spaces in the noise and dining. Another thing the restaurant can notice is the time to tidy up other rooms. We wanted to go back to our room after breakfast, and we heard the housekeeping cleaning the next door and upstairs room sound very continuous and loud, which actually affected the passengers who were resting in the room. If the hotel could pay more attention to these details, the guest's accommodation experience would be better.

This time I checked in at night When checking in The lady at the counter was very enthusiastic and helped us upgrade to a triple room. When I get up the next morning and want to renew my room The morning front desk ladyactually wanted to use the upgraded room rate to renew the room Otherwise, please switch back to a double bed room type. I have always emphasized that we are promoted It’s not that I took the initiative to ask for an upgrade. And the night before, I heard that there were no customers at night. So it’s not a problem caused by overbooking. I want to extend my apartment but don’t want to move my luggage around. He actually lost his regular customers without understanding the whole story. We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. 星辰大飯店，台北 我在最喜歡的一點是它的位置。它在市中心，台北101就在四個街區外，從我們的飯店房間就可以看到。差不多隔壁就是一個很有趣的早市，幾個街區外的大馬路上，就是一條很熱鬧的商業購物大街。飯店很小，房間大小適中，對我們兩人加上大行李箱一點問題也沒有。 我們在巡迴中，所以實際上在一星期內訂了這間飯店兩次。第一次我們住在三樓，可以接收到免費的無線網路訊號，但第二次我們在七樓，一點訊號都收不到。 房間裡有熱水瓶、茶和即溶咖啡。浴室雖然不大，但功能很齊全，水壓很足夠還有一個現代的「淋浴馬桶」（用來清潔…恩…「臀部」）。 飯店人員懂得英文有限，但是他們非常好，而且願意盡其所能地幫忙。他們讓我們晚一點退房，所以我們不用在（很熱的）外面遊蕩，直到我們的飛機離開。 用早餐的地方是在它們在旁邊的餐廳， 在一樓。早餐包含吐司、非常好吃的炒飯、和一些青菜。同時也有果汁、茶和咖啡。

Close to the subway station, the room is clean, the transportation is convenient, the overall satisfaction, the layout of the personal favorite bed and breakfast, is tatami style. The interior is quite new, that is, no toiletries are provided. The traffic is very convenient. Just at Exit 4 of Songjiang Nanjing Metro Station, go out for about 100 meters and see the small door of a building that has forgotten its name. It’s not far away, we buy a hand letter to go back and forth and return to the hotel to put things.
