第一次住這麼差的酒店….. 房間沒有一次性拖鞋 去前台要也沒有 … 而且！屋子連吹風機都沒有…太晚了 也沒去給前台要 可是至少屋子得放個吹風機啊 。 隔音效果巨差 床也掉皮 洗漱台也很臟

預訂的是大床房。結果去了跟我説 沒有大床房了 衹剩標間了 那我提前預訂有什麼用 完了 我説大床房和標間一樣的價錢嗎 他説是可是我手機上 標間是90多 他給我算106 什麼呀 預訂的好好的 去了説沒有了

酒店安保非常差 環境十分臟 主要是人態度巨差 旁邊房間有個男的**一邊説*****一邊打人 像是*** 酒店沒有一個人管 還是對面旅館過來才有人過來看看 勸自己一個人或者有女生的朋友不要住 給前台打十個電話也不在接的 又臟又差 要換房間不給換 要退房第二天沒住也不給退磨磨唧唧 態度巨差 言語惡劣 跟別人説話 也不理人 最後也沒退房直接定了別的酒店把房卡直接放前台趕快離開這個是非之地！

#服務我本來訂的是延退的房間，到了中午12點酒店強行讓我退房，態度非常不好，甚至説平台承諾的14:00退房跟酒店沒有關係。理論過程中，我有人身受到威脅的感覺。酒店缺乏契約精神，酒店對平台延退有意見，絕對不應該通過要求旅客提前退房來表達。本次入住體驗感極差。
