Out of service, I feel the service that the five-star hotel should have. The room said that it was upgraded for us, but in the room directly above the front door of the hotel, facing the opposite school, I feel that it is better to face the garden. Hotel breakfast is awesome, it is a single point plus self-service form, persuading the appetite is small and less, otherwise it can't be eaten, the self-service bread cake is super delicious, because I can't finish the time and pack it away. The hotel also has a private sauna, you can experience it and make an appointment in advance at the front desk. It took about 5 to 6 Euros to take a taxi from the terminal, and it will arrive in 10 minutes. The hotel is out of the old city center, and it is enough to stay in the old town for one night.

We live in an executive room, which is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is close to the pier, and the taxi costs only 16.5 Euros. It is also close to the old city attractions and must-see restaurants (olde hansa and peppersack) to experience European food in the Middle Ages. It takes only 2 minutes to walk from the hotel. The Christmas market is also very close, 3 minutes away. Sincerely recommend! just! 👍🏻

I had a fantastic 2 nights experience. Lovely hotel indeed, a part of the Radisson Collection edition , which brings a special vibe : sophisticated scented lobby , calm and welcome atmosphere , great Spa and impeccable breakfast! Important to mentioned that all members of staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and available 24/7 . Lobby area also has a snack station , such a nice touch that helps you through the day . Room is lovely , freshly designed and the highlight is a coffee machine. But my absolute favourite was the bed : mattress is perfect , pillows and duvet are super quality and contain real feathers , no synthetic materials . I slept like a baby. Great location , quite central , just a short walking distance to Old Town. Highly recommended place and great value for money!

From check in until check out it has been a remarkable stay. The Suite had a stunning view, the snack delivered to the room was delicious, the mini bar had a good selection of drinks, while the wines tasted very cheap. The only thing I need to criticise and why I cannot give 10 points is the Lounge experience. First the check-in counter did not give me an invitation to the lounge while I have a qualifying status and only after checking eligibility online I asked for permission to access. During the period of the stay in the lounge there has been no staff, so whenever a snack or drink ran out there was no-one to re-fill and also no-one to clean up. On the other hand breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. Also I liked the long time to enjoy breakfast, as I am not a morning person. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and we are looking forward to be coming back some time in the future.

Second stay at this hotel, the first being when Covid just began in March 2020. So nice to be back and have a stress free visit. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we departed 24 hours later. Staff couldn't be more helpful, room was lovely. It was quiet, spacious, had a great view of the old town and the new town. The AC unit easy to work, nice shower, comfy beds, good television and one of the top Hilton breakfast buffets we have tried. Can't wait to return next year! Love this property and it is only a short walk to the ferries and the old town.

Quality and cost was in balance. Great location and I liked the idea of hotel facade as old times and inside was a treasure! Room was nice and quiet, clean and toilet with bide, which is quite rarely in hotels in Estonia (or anywhere in Europe) Staff was friendly and cleaning lady (old cute grey haired) was actually trying to speak english, so great! Breakfast was plenty with treats to everyone. Visited with my husband and we deffenetly will visit again. Thank you and Happy New Year!

This hotel offers a wonderful experience! The rooms are immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. The lighting is exceptional, the shower is strong and hot. Breakfast was included for the price--with plenty of choices including fresh fruit and vegetables. Location in the walls of the Old Town make it particularly memorable. For cleanliness, safety and location (the big 3 for me), I would rate this five stars. It really was super clean, it felt super safe, and it was only a few minutes walk from Terminal A for Eckero boats. These are big factors! The room was also very well equipped with a hairdryer, plenty of towels, two nice big pillows, and soaps etc. Nice also to have a writing desk, and a blind that blocks out sun! These are all huge positives, so great job! If the following was solved, it would be a five star place! I had difficulties with check-in. I did self check-in, and I was given a room with number. There were no signs to show which way to go. However, I did find my way eventually. When I got there, I couldn't open the door, as it turns out my key card had to be authorised by reception first. So I had to go all the way back down, and through to the main hotel reception (as the express one was closed). But I had two big suitcases, so this was problematic! If there was a note saying ”those with a coronavirus pass to show, come to reception, it would be much easier. Finally, I was woken up by noisy doors - mainly from the housekeeper/s. This wasn't so much their fault, but the fault of the doors. However, I did sleep well all night until that time! If the doors could be ”soft close”, it would be much better :) Otherwise, really, it's a great place - and I would have rated it 4.5/5 or 9/10 (based on my overall experience) if TripAdvisor allowed it!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the marina, and the Old Town can be reached in 10 minutes. We had a balcony in our room, which is a nice place to spend time in good weather, even though there are apartment buildings being built in front. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is good and the same could be told about soundproofing of the room. The biggest minus is the poor water drainage in the shower. If you bathe for 5-10 minutes without turning off the water, the water rises and pours out of the cabin. To sum up, the hotel is OK, but the 4-star rating is inadequate (no things like shampoo, shower gel and other products, empty fridge, rooms a bit outdated).

We had reservation for superior room for three person and realised at the hotell, that the room, apart from having a stunning view to Old town, was quite small for three adult size persons (me and my teens aged 13 and 15). Receptionist was kind to uprade us to family room with a small extra payment, even though we have made reservation via Tallink, and the room was just perfect. Service was super good and location of the hotell is perfect, just outside of Old town and next to Balti Jama Turg.

A great hotel with a beautiful location in the center. There is a spacious interior courtyard and a recreation area. The breakfast was very dense and delicious. Clean room 10 out of 10, no complaints. There was also a big TV, although I don 't need it, a small refrigerator and a safe. I will definitely return here when I am in Tallinn.

It was my second stay here. Nice and absolutely quiet rooms, fine breakfast. No issues with wifi. Friendly staff. There are a lot of stairs up to the rooms if you're staying on the 5th floor or higher. It may be difficult to climb up. And we didn't like the food and the service at the restaurant next door.
