The front desk was very helpful in giving recommendations for food. The bathroom facilities are older so you are unable to flush toilet paper, but there are no bidets.

I stayed overnight while looking into places near Taoyuan Airport. The staff were friendly and the room size was pretty good. However, perhaps because the facility is old, there was a lot of mold on the ceiling air conditioner.

I needed to stay 1 night in Taipei before catching another flight in the morning. Ibsaw that this hotel had a good rating and the reviews said it was good for a 1 night stay. Sadly that was not the case. The staff was nice and gave me the key to the room but as soon as i walked in there was a very strong smell. Unfortunately the hotel got sold out the day after i booked it and there was nothing else available around the area so i had to endure the smell. I was able to open up the window to try to let the smell out but it was raining that night and i had to close it. Also there was no screen in the window and didnt want anything to fly in throughout the night. The smell was so strong I was not able to sleep at all the whole night and it make me sick. It was a horrible stay.
The next day for breakfast, it was not very welcoming or friendly at all.
Also no flavor at all to the food and the butter for the toast was vegetable oil not butter at all.

The CP value for holiday stays is high, the space is large and spacious, the bathroom space is also quite large, and the parking space is right next to the hotel.
The breakfast is buffet style with quite a variety of choices and the aunt is very friendly and enthusiastic. It feels great.
The disadvantage is that the accommodation is far from the city center and requires driving. The bed is not an independent tube. If the person next to you turns over, the bed will shake and affect your sleep.
