Property was average. Upon check-in, there was a customer with an issue with their reservation. The Rep at the counter was on the phone with the manager/owner. I could literally hear him yelling at his employee while I was sitting in the waiting area at reception. I felt horrible for the rep at the counter. He was not professional in the way he spoke to her. His tone was unacceptable. She did not create the problem and just trying to help the customer. Her boss was NOT making the situation better. He arrived within minutes and fixed the reservation issues. My check-in was smooth. Unprofessional way to speak to an employee in front of multiple customers. Room was spacious, although a little maintenance & updating is needed. Only stayed 1 night.
