I'd have been happy with thsi hotel if not the intoxicating petrolium or gasoline odor that intoxicated my lungs during my one night stay. When I complained to the Front Desk, they didn't even offer another room and I was told off that the furniture smells. I should have checked out to another hotel in retrospect instead of tolerating that toxic stink which was a health hazard for my lungs. I was too stupid and reckless against my own health. I sorely regret this booking.

This cozy place has left the best impressions! Hosts - Hospitable, dishes- delicious, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! Amazing hotel view and lovely staff. We had a problem in one of the rooms and they gave us another upgraded room in 10 minutes, i recommend this place for family trips. Thank you Diana and Lali and Temo for your kind service ❤️❤️

If I want to explain my and my husbands travel experience in a few words, I have to say that everything was great, the atmosphere was very quiet and the breakfast was reasonable, the staff was very helpful and everywhere was clean. If I travel to this city again, I will definitely stay here. I will stay in a hotel, and another advantage is the proximity of the hotel to the bus station and sightseeing places. thanks Golden Tulip Design...

My experience at this hotel didn' t go beyond the reception area, but I must praise the professionalism of the young lady at the reception. I was actually mistakingly driven there by the local agency driver soon after having landed at Tblisi airport in the early hours of the morning. It wasn' t but during the check- in process that I realised there was a mistake. Had it not been for the prompt intervention of the lady at the reception, making phonecalls and actually solving the situation and my first hours in Georgia would have been dreadful.

Stayed here for 5 days , the view from my room was just fantastic, very comfortable bed , very clean neat rooms staff super friendly and helpful. The metro is walking distance from the hotel and one can easily roam around the city using it . The only disappointing part was the breakfast choice is limited and was the same all five days which got very monotonous and nothing to look forward to.

I stayed at this hotel on 24-26 April. The next day, when I entered my room in the evening, I saw that the room had not been cleaned. Housekeeping did not come. Although I told this to the reception, it was not taken care of. I waited for an hour for them to come. No housekeeping staff came. In general, the cleanliness of the hotel was bad. The breakfasts are very poor.
