This was the perfect stay! The front desk workers were really helpful and friendly. Luis A. Was the main guy that took care of me and my guest. He was very helpful with extending my stay for an additional night.

Our family spent one night at the Glenpoint Marriott this past weekend for a family event. The Marriott is excellent in many ways - service, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and ease of access. Just to put this into context, two weeks prior to our event, we made the mistake of spending two nights at the hotel across the street to save a few bucks. What a mistake - we should have stayed at the Marriott. Yes, it might be a pricier option than other hotels in the Teaneck, Englewood, Bergenfield area but it is well worth it! Don't skimp on your comfort, safety and travel experience.

My wife and I stay at this hotel after every Jets game. The staff are very friendly & accommodating especially Nimita. As the title states this is our home away from home and we are treated like family.

We were looking for a place to stay while exploring the parks and urban trails along the Hudson. Great places to take in views of NYC. This location was several miles away but was very reasonably priced. It is still a new hotel and was modern and clean. The staff were all friendly. The man that checked us in offered us a choice of floors and switched us to a room with a view. The lady on duty in the morning was very busy attending to breakfast and people checking out, but was very friendly. The parking lot was fairly full, but the hotel was quiet. The area felt safe. Breakfast was limited to bagels, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. My kids accidentally signed up for the faster internet and we were charged $6.95. I did not take the time to ask about a credit, but something to be careful of. Driving in this area was easy enough but the streets are narrow and the area has lots of steep hills. The hotel parking lot was a bit tricky to access. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is on the roadside, so it's not hard to find. It must have been a hotel before and then renovated. What's more frustrating is that there is no elevator, so you have to carry your 28-inch luggage up.

Had a brilliant experience here. For such an affordable stay the quality was excellent, the room was lovely, clean and cosy and the services offered were great - kitchen, lounge, computer/library area and laundry room. They also have activities like movie nights which is such a great bonus. The staff were extremely kind - especially Yari - who helped my friend and I when we missed our bus. We really felt taken care of. The location is also great and well connected with a subway station a few minutes away and it felt safe walking home at night. I couldn't believe we found this place and that it was as good as it seemed, especially for NYC! I would highly recommend staying here. I visited this courtyard Marriott partly for business and partly to attend an event with my sister. I called ahead of time to find out if they had smart TVs. And we were told that they did. We were going to leave my niece in the room to watch movies while we attended the event. When we checked in we were told that check-ins were going slow because their system was down. There was a long line. I was thinking it was the booking system. They did not say the Internet was down that everything was down. They said the booking system was down that was it. I had to unpack my stuff (and I have a lot because I’m a photographer/videographer) before I figured out myself that there was no internet. No streaming tv. And we ended up not going to the event because I didn’t want to leave my niece by herself with nothing to do. And the lady I spoke to about it was so rude. Most everyone I spoke to it were so rude to me. And making it seem like it’s just my tough luck that they don’t have internet because it’s out of their control. Which I understand it IS out of their control. But I should’ve been told ahead of time at check-in. This is how the conversation should’ve gone at check-in: ‘“ We’re sorry we just wanted to let you know the Internet is down we have no idea when it will be back up. It might not be back up tonight. We just want to let you know in case you needed to make other arrangements. ‘ . Then there would of been no problem at all. I could have found another hotel. As it was I didn’t get even an apology until the next day. That night it was just it might go up but we can’t guarantee anything. Very short and abrupt. The next day at least they apologized but I was strung along all day. The Internet never went back up all day. I tried to book another room but by that point since it was Saturday everything was sold out! I was stuck! In the evening people that I spoke to about it we were so rude again. So short with me. Didn’t offer me any kind of compensation. Nothing. And I don’t ever ask for compensation. But I was spending $200 a night. Which is a lot to not get internet and a lot to not get what were the most important parts for me. I wanted to go to My event and I wanted to be able to get a head start on my work week the next day (which required a good internet connection). Both were ruined because they couldn’t tell me about the internet before I checked in. And I am an ambassador level bonvoy member. I’m a super good customer for Marriott. I travel 70% of the year. I don’t think asking for a little communication was asking too much.

The best hostel in NYC (ps: ensure no food in room!!!!! , otherwise tom & gerry will not make u be peaceful haha, besides fantastic, esp the employees are the best 🤍)

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel staff is very friendly. Building is CLEAN. Rooms are clean, bedding is clean as well. The furniture is in good standards. Quiet place, near many malls and about 30 minutes from NYC. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Free parking.
