When I checked in the attendant at the front desk stated well as you heard the boiler went out and there’s no hot water she said they had been dealing with the issue since Wednesday, I booked my room Friday I feel I should have been made aware of this problem and again I called Saturday to see if I could check in early she stated I could because there were room available, still never making me aware of the issue. I asked was I going to be discounted she said no but it’s my choice if I wanted to go somewhere else. My problem with that was if she would have told me the issue before I got there I would have gone somewhere else, I had just got in from Texas and all I needed right then was a HOT shower and a nap.
