A friendly welcome from Larissa & Isobel with information about the local area too. Lovely area & hotel in great location by the square. Short walk to the Riverside & lots of restaurants although we found the Red Ox just along the road & had a lovely meal there. Our room was lovely & looked out over the street. Nice comfy bed & very nice breakfast! Liked that you could boil your own egg so have an egg exactly how you like it & hot too! 6 minutes gave you a perfectly cooked egg with a nice soft runny yolk! Car park is undercover and not far away via a walkway from the main street. Our car was safe in this car park and we paid for the parking at the end of our stay. We loved the area of Thun. The wooden bridges with all the flowers in the summer are beautiful and watching the surfers that had attached themselves to the bridges and were taking it in turns to surf was entertaining! There were also tight rope walkers practicing across the river! Wish we'd had longer than 1 night! Thank you Hotel Krone!

To be honest, the hotel is worth the price. It is a monument renovated in itself. There are still many people who come to visit. It is the commanding height of Tuen, and you can see the snow-capped mountains and the whole city. There are a few points of Ctrip and reviews that seem to be not mentioned: 1. Arriving at the hotel, you need to take the elevator or climb ten floors on foot. 2. Located in the center of the old city, it is not convenient to drag the suitcase. It is a stone road and uneven. I am single travel, the transportation is mainly train, so I am very tired to drag the suitcase to the neighborhood. I am stupid before the steps that can't see the end. I asked the local talents to know that the elevator from the nearby parking lot can be directly reached (-7 floor to 3 floor) breakfast is ordering. The menu is German, the waiter is old and not enthusiastic. It is best that you can eat bread without ordering. I ordered fried eggs, juice and coffee, cheese and stew with my mobile phone translation software. The dining environment is very good, suitable for net red photos. The hotel is located near the Thunsee. It has a large terrace that will certainly invite you to stay in summer. The rooms are quite large and very clean. The toilet with shower is also sufficient for 2 people to make up. If something wasn't exactly like my taste, then it was the mattress in the bed. For me it was just too soft. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide selection of bread, fruit, confectionery, etc., I can recommend this hotel further.

Although the weather was windy and rainy we spent a wonderful short trip in the parkhotel. Especially the spirit of the people was outstanding. Very friendly, very good athmosphere. We really felt as guests! On the other hand the hotel has a fantastic infrastructure. Old but well preserved. The spa in the boathouse at the shore of the lake offers not only perfect views to the alps but also a direct access to the lake. A cold water pool of its own! The quality of the food is very good. We had dinner with a starter and a main course. Both were very well arranged and tasty. Unfortnate and this is the only sad point it took too much time to serve the maine course.

Spiez is a pretty town and this is a pretty hotel. We travelled as a family and had two adjacent rooms. Our purpose was to take part in the triathlon in Thun and it’s very hard to get hotel rooms so we were lucky and had the last two rooms, facing the street rather than the lake, but we could go to the roof terrace to relax and enjoy the view. It was quiet and comfortable, the food was very good (the owners are Italian and Swedish) and the staff are very friendly.

We stay here for 4 nights with a group of friends. It is not far from Interlaken West station (lee than 10 minutes walk) It has nice room, comfy bed but a little soft and fluffly pillow. The location is quite good, near supermarket and restaurants. Nice staff. Very good breakfast. It provide a lot of amenities with 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. Also have common room for guest's leisure and have some snacks.

After many years we came back to the Jugi at Tuner Lake. The contact was quickly made and the answers came in advance quickly. We were warmly welcomed and the team made a effort to make us feel well. Although it was a little fresh in the jugi (there is no heating), but we knew that already. The two dinners (night and breakfast) were very generously tabled as a buffet. Only that put through the night rest we wished tonight. Because in Stübli was played very long and noisy. But otherwise I can recommend this jugi for Romatics/Dreamers, but also as a starting point for the Bernian Oberland.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Beausite. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in. The reception staff member checked us in and took us up to our room! Everyone was so friendly. We had a chat with the owner, who went out of her way to say hello and ask us about our day. I couldn’t rate them highly enough. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view of the mountain peaks were something I will never forget and they were right there outside our window!
