酒店非常舒服，衞生很好，有很多智能家居，電動馬桶。適合帶家人一起來出來玩。前台服務非常好，價格也很合適。早上早餐也非常好吃。

酒店乾淨衞生，服務態度好。窗外景色美。
在樓下走幾步，就有飯店。距離天津佛羅倫薩小鎮開車特別近，衹有3.7公里。12分鐘就到了。

房間寬敞舒適，非常乾淨，設施齊全智能而且都很新，但是隔音太差了，隔壁説話洗澡都聽得很清楚。前台感覺很冷漠，客房保潔和餐廳的阿姨倒是都很熱情。訂了彩蛋房比普通房型貴差不多150多塊，但是彩蛋衹有一個筆記本，不知道是我運氣不好還是怎麼，反正挺失望的

天津武清出差，地理位置方便，周邊早餐不錯，但需要開車，由於凌晨入住，前台給升級了房間，服務很好，很有禮貌！屋子稍冷一些，需要打開空調！

我們連住了3天，走的時候前台要求賠償被姨媽污染的床單，被罩，浴巾共300元，另外30元超時一小時的費用，我們超時半個小時收取一小時的費用，而且在後續的投訴過程中，酒店工作人員滿嘴謊話，説保潔阿姨第一天就進行了清洗並發現洗不乾淨才要求賠償，我們三天並沒有要求保潔阿姨打掃，衹進行了洗漱用品及瓶裝水的更換，不存在更換床單被罩等，酒店在沒有進行清洗的前提下，認定無法清潔乾淨，並且謊稱提供酒店物品的進價單，實則讓我們把床單被罩自行帶走，態度極其惡劣，且價格虛高，酒店還謊稱提供監控來掩蓋他們的罪行，真是謊話連篇，家人們，避大雷。而且多次打電話催促退房，真是下頭😅

酒店整體設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，服務員待人親切，服務很好。非常滿意，也為了孩子結婚定下來的，各方面都很好，很貼心。結束後，婚房弄完也比較亂，心裏過意不去，也貼心給酒店人員也準備喜糖，分享喜慶和快樂，酒店人員非常客氣，非常愉快，以後招待朋友還來這裏，非常棒！👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
