Kuretake-Inn Tokyo Funabori

Tokyo|1.49km from Heisei Garden

I love this hotel for its proximity to Funabori Station, Huge Daiei supermarket, 100 yen shop, Kokumin Pharmacy, eateries like sushi take-away, Mister Donut, ramen shop, etc. They have a free drink at certain timing & you can choose what you want, including beer. I per pax. Ladies take note! They have free amenities such as make up cleanser, toner & emulsion. And it is branded stuff - Shiseido! Not only do they have slippers in the room, they have a different kind of slippers at the amenities area just outside the lift on the the first floor. At this area, you have humidifier (wow!), pillow, bath sponge, etc. They also have a washing machine cum dryer room. Do take note that the dryer was not working well when I went, as in, my clothes were still wet! So my husband put in some more coins but all our clothes were still wet. Grrr... Upon reflection, we should have asked for a refund. In the end, we had to hang our clothes in our room to dry. But as it was a very small room, we had to be ingenious in looking for places to hang them. Before we left our room the next morning, we made sure to remove all our clothes from unusual hanging places because we do not want our cleaner to get a rude shock. Even though this place is super convenient & had all the amenities we need, we cannot say for sure if we will come back to this hotel & stay in future as the room is terribly small. There were 3 of us staying including my 5 yo daughter, so it was very cramped.

Hotel Lumiere Kasai

Tokyo|1.7km from Heisei Garden
The hotel is well located coming from HND. We took the Airport Limousine bus from Haneda to Kasai Station and walked from the station to the hotel (about 3 blocks). It would be easy to get from Narita as well by taking the NEX (Narita Express) from NRT to Tokyo Station and transferring to the Tozai Line at Nihonbashi station, then walking from Kasai station to the hotel. The neighborhood has a suburb feel and there is lots around the hotel. A discount grocery store is directly next door. Several convenience stores are close, and the 100-Yen Lawson is across the street. Many restaurants are also within walking distance of the hotel. Kasai Station is a very easy 5-minute walk from the hotel and is on the Tozai Line that goes directly into central Tokyo (Nihonbashi) from there, it's easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. The room was small for three people, but manageable. The beds are high enough to tuck suitcases underneath. There is not closet, but if you are creative, you can have three people and 6-suitcases in the room and still walk around! Large bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are in the bathroom and a large bottle of foaming hand/face wash on the sink. Our room had a washer/dryer and a large fridge/freezer for convenience. A/C worked well. My only complaint about the room is that even after their major refresh last year, there aren't a lot of electrical plugs to charge 21-century devices. When I counted there was 4 USB outlets and 4 electrical outlets. More outlets would have been nice. Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast area on the ground floor. Croissants, filled croissants, pullman loaf slices, scrambled eggs, sausages, potato salad, cabbage/lettuce salad are currently on the menu. It's ample and filling until your next meal in Tokyo. A decent breakfast. Housekeeping for the room was daily and well done. All in all, a great choice for your next trip to Tokyo. I would stay again. Highly recommended. Service is great.

Thank you very much for sending me out when I checked out today, until I walked out of the door, the aunt bowed me to send me away, very, very touched! This is a homestay, not a hotel. In addition to the location, the hardware and service of this homestay itself are full marks, or more than full marks, no one can achieve this ultimate service. Advantages: 1. Clean, very clean, spotless. 2. Perfect service, perfect to feel at home. 3. The price is very low, Much more cost-effective than the hotel. 4. Quiet, quiet at night and living in the countryside, very quiet. Disadvantages: 1. The location is biased, Xigexi is far from the city, there is a subway, and you have to transfer to the attractions. 2. 800 meters from the subway, 8 minutes walk. 3. Business is at the subway entrance, There is an AEON supermarket near the homestay. Exit the subway north, go straight to the family supermarket, go to the GU store, go straight, see NISSIAN's 4S store, cross the road, turn left, go to the HONDA motorcycle store, this is it.

To be honest, the bed was shabby, and the futon felt cheaper than the LiveMax, so I thought, ”Yeah...” The location is good as it is right next to Kasai Station, and the amu*****t park-like presentation is also great with automatic AI-powered dinosaur robots to greet you. When I got on the elevator, it wasn't my room, but there seemed to be a [Funeral Free Ren Collaboration Room], so I got excited♪ When I went shopping at a convenience store late at night, it seemed like the dinosaur robots were closed during the night, so when I saw the store clerk, I felt like I had just seen what was inside of Mickey Mouse. The breakfast buffet looks plain, but it's decorated in a dinosaur-themed style.

A family of three, with a 3-year-old child, chose this place because they were going to Disney; the automatic check-in is very convenient, and the password lock does not require you to worry about losing the room card; the room is very spacious, and there is a large table, which is very convenient for eating. The room facilities are clean. Children can play with water in the bathtub. Two beds are pushed together, which is enough for 3 people. The sofa can also be turned into a bed. The room can accommodate up to 4 adults, but it will be more crowded for 4 adults. Check out We woke up late that night, and the staff came to knock on the door on time. We checked out 15 minutes late and were fined JPY20,000. We need to pay attention to checking out on time. There are pharmacies, pedestrian streets, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. nearby. Food and shopping are very convenient✌🏻

The room was large and nice. It was close to the station, and there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to move around for anything. I would have appreciated it if the breakfast had been a little more substantial. We had a great time.

We loved the hotel while we stayed. Room was small but larger than a typical Japanese standard and should not be a problem for a couple. All the space of the room was efficiently utilized. Room had a fridge and a hot pot. There are many electrical outlets, for example, at the bedsides. Window blind was impressive so that it was completely dark when we put on the blind. Free wifi was very fast and we did not have any problem with the network. An ice machine as well as a microwave was available on the second floor. Lobby was small. Amenities were to be picked up from the lobby. Staff was all very kind with a good command of English. Nishi-kasai Tokyo metro station was a stone's throw from the hotel. There is Y's Mart around the corner. Aeon (a much bigger market) is 10 minutes away if one walks. A few minor issues are obviously Tokyo downtown is somewhat far, about 40 minutes by metro. They did not provide water bottles, which we did not mind because of the reasonable price. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and would come back if we have a chance to visit.

1. [Check-in] For some reason, it was booked with a phone number that I didn't remember. I checked the reservation, but there was no difference in the phone number. 2. [site ・ environment] Despite being close to the Sakai station, it was quiet and relaxed. In the passage outside the room, I heard other guests' coughing and was worried. 3. [Guest Room] The cherry blossom room was wide 々 and I felt relaxed. The facilities including the cherry blossom lighting were simple, smart and good impression.
