Great hotel, rooms and bathroom very clean. Free soda and coffee is really appreciated. Staff was very helpful and caring with us, they even helped me find a place to book a covid test. Location was great!

服務人員非常有禮，酒店位置出入都方便，就在仲御徒町站5號出口，出入成田機場又快又平，阿美橫丁就在隔離街，早餐也算豐盛，房間整潔，床單毛巾都乾淨，入住也非常簡單，沒有鑰匙房咭，直接按密碼開門，不怕遺失，下次到東京都會再來。

哇塞 這個位置太哇塞了 有幾條地鐵 日本的地鐵真的很發達 去秋葉原可以地鐵 也可以走路去 離看展的地方也不遠 樓下就很多逛吃喝的

房間很小，不適合二人居住，不能放下27吋行李箱，沒有支裝水免費提供，大堂飲品吧服務去到夜晚8時，衛生情況一般

一般酒店有24小時check-in/out服務，但呢間沒有！我已於預訂酒店時remark我將會零晨時間到羽田，並於2:00am後到酒店，沒有任何通知。令我原本訂了4晚酒店，出發前兩天先發現冇24checkin,不可以改成三晚，要先取消訂單，但又怕取消了會訂不到酒店，希望可以改進，但位置非常方便，直得一讚。
