酒店衞生乾淨，房間設施齊全。服務員熱情周到。酒店距離地鐵站幾分鐘路程。出行方便。是一次比較滿意的入住體驗。下次還會入住。

Бюджетный отель с хорошим расположением. Все необходимое есть, но без излишеств. Что и не удивительно за такие деньги. Из явных минусов - слабая звукоизоляция номеров.

窗户密封不嚴，非常吵，因為靠馬路邊，所以噪音很大，窗簾不遮光，影響睡眠！

都営新宿線の馬喰横山駅と浜町駅の中間にある感じです。
車道を挟んだお向かいに、コンビニがあります。
徒歩圏内にフレッシュネスバーガーがありました。
アメニティは、櫛、カミソリ、歯ブラシ、パジャマという最低限のものを1階エレベーター傍から自分で取って部屋へ持っていくシステムでした。
初めて利用しましたが、お安く泊まれたので、可もなく不可もなしという感じです。
機会があれば、また利用します。

I have stayed here for 7 days in this hotel 2 weeks ago for my first ever Japan Trip. Positive Side: Everything was clean, the staff were very pleasant. Housekeeping is very efficient. Specially the one of the female staff and the guy with glasses who did not asked me to pay for the umbrella I lost in the train station. Room for improvement: The house keeping comes in ones in a blue moon to clean your ream and if they do, they do it early in the morning when you're still sleeping from partying the night before so you can't ask for a clean up since they only do it in the morning. My stay was very positive and I enjoyed it. They also have free breakfast that I am not crazy about. Better go to 7-11. Will absolutely recomment this place again soon

ちょっと立地が微妙かもしれません。 明治座で公演を見て、そのまま泊まるならベストな位置ですが。 駅は浜町駅が最寄りだとは思いますが、人形町か東日本橋まで行った方が便利だと思います。 ただ、朝、八重洲まで行ってくれるバスは助かりました！ でも、すぐにいっぱいになってしまうようなので、どうしても乗りたい方は時間より早めに下で待っていたほうがいいと思います。 朝食は無料でついていますが、ちょっと会場が狭いので、部屋に持ち帰るのもいいかもしれません。
