This hotel was absolutely fantastic and, believe it or not, actually came with a robe, which I gladly wore in the hours leading up to my friend's 40th birthday party. Everything was great except for one thing -- the interior of this hotel was ugly as sin. See the purple pool table below. Who greenlit this, exactly? Super ugly. When I was in undergrad this place was a dive and I saw the best noise show of my life in the lower area. Is this an improvement?

My spouse and I recently embarked on a much-needed ”stay-cation” to reconnect and indulge in some quality alone time. From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel until our heartfelt farewells, we were treated like royalty. Our intention was to forgo a night out on the town and instead revel in the sheer magnificence of the most imaginatively designed and awe-inspiring room we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Our experience was heightened further with a delightful dinner at the hotel and the luxury of savoring pastries and coffee in the comfort of our bed the following morning. Having previously enjoyed a remarkable stay at their sister property, the Drake Devonshire, in PEC a few years ago, it brought me immense joy to receive the same exceptional treatment at their captivating new addition in Toronto.

I stayed with Samesun in Toronto in Mars 2023. They have a 24 h open reception. The check in went smoothly, the rooms, bathrooms and showers were clean! You have a charger and a small lamp by your bed and curtains to separate yourself from the other’s. The best thing about the stay was the free of charge breakfast in the morning! Coffee, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit etc.. so nice.

This is a beautiful hotel, situated at a great part of the city with a great vibe throughout. Loved the bath products. Hotel staff very friendly. Great places to eat nearby. They make the best coffee at Hotel Lobby.

The hotel is very easy to find by car, but the bus stop is not only easy to find, but also suitable for driving friends. There is an electric stove in the room, you can simply make some meals, no ventilation equipment. The room is not too big, the two beds are big and small. There is an elevator but it cannot be used. Everyone tries to arrange the room on the first floor. I was because the room that was originally on the second floor of the stairs was too noisy. Please wait for the waiter to change the room and change the room. There are more parking spaces and it costs $11.3 a day.

I especially like this hotel, the price is right, the location is in the core area of Chinatown, this is the second stay. This time I made an appointment at carpool. The hotel entrance is very wide, suitable for parking luggage on board, because the appointment will arrive at three in the afternoon, and it is still far from the check-out time at eleven o'clock. I didn't expect the hotel also provided a place for free luggage, great!

A hotel with very good hardware. In the end, it is a five-star evaluation. It is directly connected to the super stadium and is definitely the best choice for those who love exercise. Check-in also encountered art exhibitions, the restaurant on the second floor is also very good

This is an update to a previous review. We travel a good deal and have decided to only write a review when we really think things are exceptional. This is just to say that since our rave review we have been back a number of times, both as a family and alone, and nothing about the hotel has let us down. The hotel and service staff are next level. The design, comfort, cleanliness, food/bar offerings and location are fantastic. We are sensitive to indoor air quality and that part is never a problem at the ACE. Best of all we always have a great sleep. Thanks again Ace hotel for giving these ex-Torontonians a place we really look forward to coming to. It’s really our favourite hotel in the city.
