I reserved and canceled a room in 48 hours, 5 days before the stay, for professional reasons. I was still charged the entire reservation. I explained my case by telephone and email to Booking, the hotel and the chain, asking to make an exception. Only Booking responded to me saying there was nothing they could do. The hotel in Puget sur Argens and B&B did not even deign to respond.
