The hotel was very stylish and rooms very spacious and well equipped. We had a great stay. The staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. They really went out of their way to help you with booking trips and taxis. Breakfast was good.

The road to this hotel is under construction. Neat and clean otherwise. Breakfast is not that great though for vegetarian or vegans .

The rooms are very nice and clean, nothing to complain about the accommodation aspect, it was perfect.
The downsides concern: the accessibility of the hotel if you do not have a rental vehicle, the non-existent friendliness of the staff (small exception for one of the receptionists only), restaurant and bar closed, only 1 maintained swimming pool out of the 3 ...

The price is a bit expensive. Good location. It's convenient for eating and shopping around. The room is big. Night life is abundant. It's also very convenient to get to the station. I will choose to stay here again when I go to Cancun in the future.
