Perfection. Outside the city and close as you can get to the Tulum ruins. Town is crazy, beach is covered in sea****. If you want peace, stay here. Ojos restaurant right outside, best food in Mexico.

The good: It is newer construction,clean and cold A/C. The price was a affordable.
The Bad: no fridge, microwave or iron. It you try to drive into the front of the building the driveway is not finished. Luckily we saw the drop off and stopped before we damaged the undercarriage of the car.

Very modern hotel for a relaxing stay. Great view of tulum ruin and surrounding jungle from the rooftop and the balcony in the room was an added bonus. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable I did not want to leave the room thanks in part to the smart TV provided and the great wi-fi. Good places to eat and get drinks right next door. Not in downtown or hotel zone but close enough to the entrance of the archeological site and beaches if thats where you want to be also at a reasonalble price. Two thumbs up.

We made a reservation bye Booking for one night but when we arrived to the hotel we found it under construction. They features shown in the Booking page were not available (no pool until June, they said). When we try to cancel the people from the front desk and the Manager, don't know how to do it. Finally we leave the property with a very bad experience.
