What a fantastic first holiday with our three year old son! All of the staff were so great with him which helped me feel much more relaxed. Reception were great at taking control at checkin and getting us sorted as soon as possible after we arrived quite late at night. The food was fine - never short of something tasty to eat for any of the meals and the cooked to order stations were a nice touch. Special thanks to the entertainment team Yunus, Ali, Derin, and ?Adele who did most of my morning gym sessions which I loved - a great work out to help keep me feeling good while eating and drinking so much! They were all fab with Joel even though he had so much energy and did his own version of the mini disco! The beach was a real highlight and the choice of pool and waterslides helped stop the holiday feeling samey. Thanks everyone!

26 march to 2 April 2024 - one parent with two children age 12 and 9! WE LOVED IT!!!!! Honestly exceeded alll expectations! Had to come back to write a review, The food was amaaaaazing and to be fair it WAS VARIED after like 2 days they’ll switch it up! I would know because I ate non stop! From the grilled fish, chicken and beef outside to the chips , burger and pizza section outside, to the wide variety of lunch and dinner options! Ice cream and ice lollies for kids, the resort was gorgeoussssss and very BIG!!! They even had SUSHI night, my daughter was in heaven lol Drinks unlimited, I honestly done a water cleanse but we were inundated with drink choices! The waiters will even ask and offer you drinks whilst sitting and eating at the restaurant. There was even a snack section just for cakes and hot drinks. Spa included, they were kind, efficient, helpful, ALWAYS CLEANING Beautiful resort!!! So happy we stayed here, I was nervous after realising it was such a journey from the airport but I loved and it and my kids loved it? We didn’t even get to make it to the private beach Only thing I’m not a fan of is the cats LOL

Just returned home from a lovely family holiday, the hotel has lots to offer and is well maintained and clean. Food and drinks - breakfast and evening buffet was ok- didnt changed much, but we always found something to eat. The snack bar was amazing especially the flatbread and pizzas made to order. I also found the milky coffees great. What would be better though would be to have access to self serving fizzy drinks. Rooms- As a family of 5, we asked for joined rooms prior to arriving, which was sorted for us. We were located in the main building with a pool view, the room location was great and view amazing! Pools- Great and the slides were fab! However to get a sunbed you do need to get up early. Entertainment- So much to do, plenty of activities throughout the day and evening. Entertainment team great at getting people to join in. Hotel spa offer amazing massages - but I felt we didnt get everything we had paid for. Staff- majority of the staff are really helpful and friendly, just the odd couple that we found rude. Location- There are a small amount of shops and bars outside and they are very pushy to get you in and follow you round the shop, puts you off browsing. Trips- we booked two trips with the hotel rep, the jeep safari was amazing, however the boat trip- a waste of money- we spent 5 hours on a boat to travel about 5 miles. Also the holiday rep said we had 2 free transfers into Alanya to a certain bar- we took up this offer to watch the football- but prices were quite expensive. Tips: 1- Get a private transfer to the hotel so you dont have to stop off at a pushy pit stop- trying to get you to but overpriced food/ drink. 2- If you have 2 rooms booked email the hotel and request adjoining room (if thats what you want) 3- Having since read other reviews dont book trips with the tour reps- try NASA tours which are prices more reasonably. 4- Most places take bank card, but also have some euros/ turlish lira. 5- If wanting to visit Alanya then get a bus or taxi and find your own bar/ resturants.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and towards the end of our holiday they even knew what we were drinking. So much food for choice. Definitely something for everyone (well unless your a mega fussy eater) There was 13 of us that traveled here and ranging from infants to teens and adults. To say we all had a brilliant time is an understatement. Each of us would happily book here again. They also have a little mall where we picked up some real bargains. The lounge are is stunning. Cocktails, cocktails, wine, lager and more available. Fridge in the room already stocked on arrival.

Honest review on this hotel. I’ve just got back from a two week stay. The hotel itself is lovely, staff are amazing, expect the old few, when you try and talk to them they say “theyve had a long day and there head hurts”. If you phone reception and ask a question they tend to hang up on you a lot. Pools Pools are lovely, but if like a lay in on holiday expect not to get a sunbed as by 8am they are all completely gone. All the entertainment seems to happen around the main pool which is a shame for the kids pool with has no entertainment or music throughout the day. Food Breakfast and snack bar is were it is at with this hotel! The lunch and evening meal is absolutely shocking, it’s the same food everyday, the claim to have different themes every night but don’t be surprised if two days later you get the same foods. The children’s bit is the same every night which is terrible. Same pasta, chips, chicken nuggets, all they change is the pasta sauce. The rooms Rooms, they are cleaned everyday, but when you start looking close there is food and drink marks all over the walls and doors, the bathroom sink is constantly blocked, the shower runs from freezing cold to boiling hot with no in between, the amount of dust under the beds, well that just made me feel sick. The private beach If you are like me and lovely the beach, well you will be very disappointed, The area you have considering the size of the hotel is tiny, your all crammed in like sardines it’s coved in rubbish, fag buts and the sewage line runs straight into the water, you will also fine you have a little area you are allowed to swim as it’s all blocked off with rope. If you’re looking to walk the beach in an evening to watch the sunset, don’t bother you can’t. The area They is nothing around, apart from hotels after hotels, if you walk out side there is a ***** of shops and all you seem to do is spending money, some of the Turkish can be rather rude if you don’t enter their shops or say no thank you. No restaurants to escape the hotel food, and the constant flow of Russians and rudeness. Excursions Don’t waste your money! This is not a five star hotel more like a three if that! Would I stay again… that would be a NO!

Very good stay in this hotel, The entertainment team is great and programs different activities throughout the day and the week, with a special mention for the entertainer MELHI, who is very kind, attentive and committed to her work. I would recommend

I was a little dubious of staying in such a large resort, but it was amazing. We arrived at 11.15pm and checked in quickly (even got upgraded to family rooms rather than standard doubles). The late night restaurant opened at 11.30pm serving hot soup and breads which was much needed after a long travel day. The resort is big, bright, clean and luxurious. Our family room was large, comfortable, cleaned daily and had a fab air con system! The food was plentiful and traditional but also catered for those that like the nuggets, chips, pizza and burgers. The salads and desserts were out of this world! The pools are large, spacious and clean. The whole resort is kept very clean. A few things to know before arriving: 1. Pool towels are provided and can be exchanged daily; 2. There is a mini bar (non alcoholic) in the room which is refreshed twice; 3. There is a Patisserie tucked out of the way behind the Fancy Bar which serves good coffee and cake; 4. Book your speciality dining meal asap as they book up quickly! We had Chinese and it was lovely. 5. There is a shopping centre outside the resort - one on the left and one on the right after coming out the front entrance. Local shops and the keepers like to barter. 6. There is plenty of food - available 24/7. No one will starve. 7. The evening entertainment doesn't start til 930pm and it is very loud. 8. The wifi isn't great but sufficient for keeping in contact with family and friends, updating social media etc. It's not sufficient for YouTube and Netflix! We found the Russian and German clientele to be rude, impatient, loud and dominating. Although this didn't ruin our holiday, it was sad to see. There was a barrage of arrivals on the Thursday and on Friday morning most sunbeds were reserved very early and some not even used til later in the day. This is something that needs to managed by the hotel as it's not fair for those who genuinely want to enjoy the pool space. Go and see the Photographer - Naim. He is very good at his skill, reasonably priced, and is actually a very nice chap to talk to. The entertainment team are brilliant - but Yunis dominates the team and brings with him an air of arrogance. Take the time to speak to the other entertainers (especially the water sports guy). They are lovely. Tip the waiters, bar staff and cleaners - they appreciate it! They work so hard and alot of the jobs are unappreciated. Go to the beach - the sea is clear and warm and the beach is kept very clean.
