I made a request for decorating the room for my husband’s birthday, Avinash Pushpa and Beant did a wonderful job for making all the possible arrangements the staff is very supportive and polite no wonder the ambience and the location is worth all the money and mystical… keep up the good work lakend team

One of the most pathetic management and service i have ever seen by a so called resort. We have been visiting Silence for over 5-6 years now twice in a year for peace and natural surroundings and have not expected high level of services. It was a good place which lacked a bit of management and staff issues. This time around we booked it and did regular follow ups with Pradeep bhai to clean up swimming pool, to keep rooms clean and make sure food items are available before arrival every single day since our booking. But nothing was done by them even after several reminders. The pool was super filthy, dirty and saw frogs swimming in it, when we complained he said he can't do much about it. The chef who use to cook before has left the job so now the "Gardner" cooks food and doesn't even know how to prepare Peanut Masala. So you can understand what kind of food you will get now. There is no one to serve you literally zero staff member. Please avoid visiting this poorly managed place by Pradeep bhai who doesn't understand basics of hospitality and hygiene of services and food they provide. Pathetic Service!!
