Lima Dsouza mam is a best Recreation Executive ,W GOA Hotel ..we had best experience with her. Her decoration of our room was awesome.. I loved it n enjoyed.she is soft spoken , polite n very helpful mam.. she available anytime when we need.Thanks mam 😍

We had wonderful stay at W Goa with Family and Twin Daughters, Everything was so much better than expected certainly and the Staff is just too courteous. We Got Room Upgrade for all 3 nights and from check in till check out everything too smooth. I would just mention couple names of staff for ongoing and continuous follow up in service - Ravi Patidar (Hosue Keeping), Rahul Datt (Night Duty Front Desk), Aditya Mehta (The Kitchen Table), Sonu (Hookaah) & Rest all staff members. Would Definitely Look Forward to See Again. Thank you

We celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary here and it was such a lovely experience as the staff got some surprise cake and fire works to our surprise. Melvyn was attending to us and the chef made worked with the best of his art. We had a wonderful experience all in. all at W Goa ♥️

I had an amazing stay at W hotel like always that’s why W Goa is my favorite. Their staff makes it soo comfortable,anything you need they help you with it…we were assigned Rajshekhar,he made our stay very comfortable & nice.I was traveling with my baby,his food was taken special care and thanks to all W food team aswell. And special thanks to Lima Dsouza,she made my baby bday so special with beautiful decoration and art.

Service was bit slow ….we hv to wait for long and no surprise for guests on their special days even …we have to tell everything ..it should be understood by the staff ..make every guest feel special and priotised ..at the end staff do everything for the guest but first Dey said no for nything ..

I arrived when it was scorching hot and totally exhausted. Melvin the *** was here and did understand the situation, made sure we were comfortable and with his recommendation got the best food and drink to beat the heat. Highly appreciate his service and W Hotels Goa for their hospitality and food. Keep rocking guys!
