Hotel Central, acceptable pvp quality. Hears a lot of street noise and more of the rest of guests. No bath gel, nor shampoo for the shower. I would like to make a special mention to the Pepi and Vero cleaners who left me perfectly clean the room and were very kind to me. I want to thank Pepi, Vero and Almudena for their professionalism and excellent work and attention.

The location is particularly good, suitable for self-driving. We arrived there on the first day, and it is especially convenient to find something to eat. There are Ortles, Decathlon, Carrefour, and Starbucks nearby. Most importantly, parking is free. ! ! The room is also very clean.

Heading from France to south of Spain we have decided to step by Warner park in Madrid. The hotel/park combo has proposed this hotel . 20’ drive from the park this hotel was a great surprise. Nice welcome , early arrival , large room for 4 and restaurant staff very much helpful to handle our limited knowledges of Spanish . The evening dinner from the terrasse was a lovely moment in family . No question I recommend it for a local step by .

I stayed in this hotel with my family during a vacation in Spain. It's super close the the Warner Park and the center of Madrid so the trips were short, letting us enjoy a full day in both of these places. The hotel is so cheap for what it is, the staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. The rooms are super comfy and the bathroom is awesome (fancy products and a bunch of towels). The breakfast is so tasty, specially the juices and the pastries. It saddened me to have to leave so soon, would definitely stay here again.

Fully grateful experience, very friendly staff care, very large and comfortable room for 6 people as our case was,with everything necessary to feel comfortable and rest after a hard day of visits, perfect breakfast,I don't I would change nothing of our experience,it's more, my husband says that every time we go back to Madrid wants to go back to the same hotel.

My elderly father stayed at this hotel While visiting our relatives in pinto Madrid. He unfortunately sustained a fall and broke his pelvis. In those uncertain times the hotel staff at Indiana hotel went beyond the call and assisted my father in finding him a more comfortable room and arranging for extended lodging while he received emergency care at their local hospital. We are forever grateful to the hotel staff for their kindness.

Era la segunda ocasión en la que nos aflojábamos en este establecimiento , la primera en enero del 2022, mismas circunstancias que en esta última, tres adultos con mascota, perro de 3kgs en la primera ocasión y en esta sumamos una cachorra de 1kg y medio, hacemos la reserva a través de booking, a la llegada nos dice la persona de recepción que no admiten mascotas, le decimos que creemos haber realizado la búsqueda con el filtro de admisión de mascotas, se pregunta si podemos pasar la noche o tenemos que irnos y nos dicen que esta vez vale, pasamos la noche, y la sorpresa llega por la mañana, ha cambiado ya la persona de recepción, un chico que de muy malas formas, vamos a decirlo solo asi nos llega a llamar sinverguenzas por meter los perros a escondidas, querido caballera, por suerte para nosotros, lo que sobran ya son establecimientos en los que si son bienvenidos los perretes y sobretodo donde no hay gente amargada trabajando. Por otra parte, no recomiendo en absoluto el hotel , las camas malas no lo siguiente, las almohadas como si pones una chaqueta, malísimas, en fin un sitio donde no volver.

Hemos estado alojados 2 adultos y 2 niños de 10 y 6 años en el puente de octubre. Para pasar una noche para ir a la warner tiene un pase pero para más como en nuestro caso no porque está lejos de todo lo demás. Hemos estado en los apartamentos que son relativamente nuevos pero aunque se ven que los han intentado hacer con gusto tienen muchos desperfectos y les faltan detalles y mucho mantenimiento: la ventana de la sala donde está el sofá cama no tiene persianas ni cortinas ni nada, la tele no se puede ver desde la mesa que hay para comer, el aire acondicionado de la habitación chorreaba me imagino que por tener el desagüe atascado (no se daban condiciones para que condensara y se de lo que hablo), faltaba una mesilla de la habitación, no había armario ni perchero para colgar una triste chaqueta en todo el apartamento, había un armario de la cocina roto, y otro en el bater, no se puede cerrar la puerta desde dentro.... un suma y sigue. En el portal faltan Las luces de emergencia de las escaleras da la impresión de que las han robado. Lo mejor que ofrecen precios para la warner muy económicos, aunque nosotros cogimos las entradas por la travel. No creo que volvamos.
