I have just had a VERY BAD experience at thos hotel. The room next to mine has FOUR young people who play loud music late at night, laugh and shout and have fun well after midnight. Sleeping is NOT an option in these circumstances. I complained to the owners and they took the side of the four adolescents in the next room and accused me of making it up and that the noise was coming from the street. I actually recorded the noise which was horrendous. The youngsters were booked for a few weeks whereas I was there only three nights; clearly the extra money took precedence and my wellbeing didn't count. These people will do anything for money over and above the happiness of any individual client. All they had to do was to ask the people next door not to play loud music and to keep their voices down. But they chose to do nothing. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH LITTLE PEACEFUL SLEEP

They started to act strangely when we asked for a plan of the town; reluctantly we were given one (in German). They reacted negatively when we declined having breakfast there. The next morning, as we came out of the hotel with part of our luggage to put in our car that was parked in the pay and display public parking, the owner called us back as he looked worried that we were leaving without paying. After we checked out the owner/manager asked for “his” plan of the town back, when we told him that it was already in the car, he looked most put out and I was half expecting him to charge me for it .When he started to be argumentative I decided to just leave it at that as I did not think that it was worth discussing it further!!!

El matrimonio encargado del hotel son muy amables y te hacen sentir muy bien. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Valras-Plage y al lado de la playa. Muy buena relación calidad precio. El aparcamiento está un poco alejado del hotel pero está muy bien.

Ayant fait une réservation pour 2 nuits pour mon épouse et son fils par l'intermédiaire d"hotel.com, ma demande est la suivante; 1 chambre pour 2 personnes 1 lit 1 personne et règlement à l'hôtel. A son arrivée à 18 heures mon épouse est surprise que la somme est déjà prélevée ,a la réception de la chambre 2ème surprise c'est un lit 2 places ....donc rien a voir avec notre demande . Etant donné l'heure tardive on lui propose une chambre plus adaptée moyennant un supplément de 12€ qui apparemment est devenu 20€ d'après mon relevé de compte ?, Nous connaissions cet établissement de longue date et a l'époque j'ai du faire un commentaire plus élogieux que celui d'aujourd'hui . Malheureusement le secteur ce prend pour la nouvelle cote d"Azur mais attention les touristes ne sont pas des pigeons ( ce qu'a fini par comprendre cette même cote d'Azur ) Rendez vous dans quelques années . ,

Réservation faite pour mon épouse et son fils
Demandes faites chambre 2lits (1lit 1 personne ) paiement a l'hôtel . A son arrivée à 18 heures elle apprend que la somme a été directement prélevée . A la réception de la chambre ce n'est pas 2 lits mais un grand lit 2 places . Un supplément de 12€ lui est demandé pour une chambre plus appropriée . Un comportement inadmissible . A éviter car apparemment l'argent est le principal moteur

Le patron et la patronne sont des personnes adorables ! D'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande disponibilité, il est rare aujourd'hui d'être aussi bien accueillis ! On sent vraiment qu'ils aiment leur métier ça fait plaisir !

Personnel très aimables et accueillant, hotel proche de la plage et resto . Pour le tarif, c'est honnête vu la situation .
Point négatif, manque de place pour le WC et salle de bain trop petite .
